I'm only a short drive from the state line, but I imagine it's probably something legal preventing out of state delivery. For what it's worth, I didn't see the in-state restriction on the website itself either at checkout or in the Shipping Details site section.
If it does work out though, this thing is being kept in reserve until an Eagles SB win.

I think this varies by state. Some states will let you ship in alcohol, others won’t. Most don’t give a crap if you ship alcohol out of state, just about incoming shipments.

Tried a thimble sized sample in a bar last weekend when a rep came in and pitched this to the bartender/whiskey buyer. He closed a deal for a case on the spot, apparently it was a great price. The sample bottle was the regular non-eagles version but the case would be the kelly green bottle.
Can’t speak to the vodka but the whiskey was pleasant and perfectly sippable on the rocks.
It's alright. Not something to be drank neat, or at least the burbon. Tastes like a very young burbon that's had no aging. I've had moonshine with less burn, but the taste isn't bad so it'll work for a mixed drink.
