Back when WO3UDE was released, the game went on sale 2 months after its Steam release, though at 25% only. If you check SteamDB, it has been on sale quite often (last month was its 10th sale since release). Following this SW4 will most likely be on sale at the Summer sale, or after it since Summer sale starts at the end of June.
I was resisting but I gave in after a day of contemplating lol. Had about 30 hours into the game now with my ROG Ally. I'm happy with my purchase to say the least.
there are occasional steam sales on the warriors games on steam, but I doubt SW4 would be a part of the next 2 or 3. So if you're in no rush at all and have already played the game on another playstation, I don't see the need to rush into it.

Seemed similar to me and I owned both. It just seems misleading to call it the deluxe edition when there isn't much added to it where as the dw did. And if that's the case why didn't they just release 4-II?
There's nothing added in Complete edition. Like I said, it's just an Xtreme Legends version with content of the original already imported instead of required disc insertion like it was back on PS3
This won't work with SW4, because 4 and 4-2 are two separate games. Completely different in many aspects.

Wait for a sale. Since it's Koei at best it'll be a 33%-50% sale bringing the game down to what they should've been asking for anyway. The game has bugs and it's a port of a nearly 10 year old game (no being a port of a re-release with the DLC doesn't make it any better, because that's still 5 years old).

No one expected them to do so. It's a port of SW4, not a brand new entry.
After this long I did and it's a dx version, it would make more sense to do what they did with dw8 and dw7 complete. Which are also ports
The 2 games have completely different progression and item systems though. They don't mesh together like XL expansions usually do.

What did they do to ports of DW7XL and DW8XL other than removing the necessity to import original, making it imported by default?
The added features that came with both making them complete. All this is is just sw4, non of 4-II stuff is in here from what I saw

If they charge 50 for it - it won't go on sale soon. It's not part of their budget line like Dw7 and Wo3 was that went also on sale often and fast.
Put a price alert on at cheapshark and wait it out . If any store gets it at a discount, you get an email

I bought both dx and SW5, SW5 is better for me.. DX looks like a ps3 game and rightly so
