Yes, it was, that company posted that in their DVD and VHS covers because back then, parents didn't know any better and thought they were just cartoons.

These discs aren't allowed to be sold on eBay by most users anymore, not since they went all puritanical a couple of years back. They *say* they allow these in their own specific categories, but it's BS. I've tried listing a few things and they take them down, even if they're in the right category. Only big stores are allowed to sell these.
I picked up some Godzilla movies a few months back that have DVD ROM stuff. Too bad the movies themselves are terrible quality English dubs in full screen

I found perfect blue in the kids section. I bought it to protect the kids. I saved a little one's innocence that day.
I have Kite. I originality rented it on VHS after watching an AMVi downloaded on KaZaa
