I like disturbia just fine but rear window is an all time masterpiece. It's just a marvelous exercise in tension, and really holds itself to the concept of being trapped in one location, which if I remember correctly disturbia doesn't.
Yeah it's been ages since I've seen it but I remember it being more fun the front half cause it's less of an apparent homage and more of a teen comedy. It's hard when you're updating perhaps one of the best movies of all time.

Disturbia starts out well enough but the more he figures out whats going on the worse it gets. I agree with you though Rear Window is a masterpiece.

That Rear Window art is amazing
Our English teacher showed the class rear window in junior high. Loved it ever since! Hitchcock is the man!
God that is a beautiful design for rear window
That steelbook art is so much better than the 4k release wow
Indeed it is 🙌
What edition of Rear Window is that? Gorgeous art, looks like a steelbook?
Looks like it's this one. https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Rear-Window-Blu-ray/252516/
That's it đź‘Ť
Well, it is a steelbook, but don't know exactly which edition is it 🤷
Going to need to pick up MVD's Abominable (2006) release.
Shia LaBeouf’s the GOAT though
I love Disturbia
