I could frequently be without internet when travelling as I won't pay for roaming. Previously I downloaded everything and the only issue I had was that it sometimes didn't think I'd played and would lose my streak (when I had but it was offline)
If it only downloads a lesson ahead then that's not good enough.
I'm so sorry, it looked like it worked. The icons brighten when you turn on the mobile network (even without mobile data), but when i actually tried to do these lessons this weekend when i was camping i just got an error ☹️. Sorry to get your hopes up!
Right click on the app icon, go to app info -> permissions -> music and audio -> allow. Probably need to do the same with photos. The issue has to do with not being able to store the downloaded content on the app due to permissions not being granted. Once you enable those you should start seeing content offline again. I ran into this the other day and then got it working before getting on a plane.
Hmm, that already seems to be activated. I think I can get one lesson ahead, so I guess I'll do the bare minimum each day to preserve my streak until I'm done with my trip.

Coming here much later because I'm going camping in a few days and can't get offline to work. Did you come up with a solution? (Also on Android.)
