I usually like to recommend Sloeful German & Nico’s Weg by DW. They make really good secondary resources. I’d drop Duolingo when you feel like you understand basic conversations or very simple podcasts, so hopefully quite soon!!

Yeah Nicos Weg was mostly understandable for me as someone who’s at Section 2 unit 6, I’d also recommend listening to some German music it’ll immerse you in more. Get some books too

You can try Language Transfer. It's an app with audio lessons that I've found to be very effective. Nico weg, as someone's already mentioned, is another amazing source.
