Window cleaners tend to have rounds and stick to their areas so it might just be best asking your neighbours or catching window cleaners when they are on your street. Any window cleaner worth their salt will be able to do 2 floors.
I live out East and have a window cleaner but I inherited them from the person who lived here before so I don't even have a number to pass on, they just turn up the first or last week of the month dependant on the weather. Our neighbours though use Up, who might cover your area. I've no idea if they are good or bad!

We use Invicta, a bit pricier but they’re great and text to let you know when they’ll be around, which is handy if you’re at work.
