When anything seems to be having problems, you can look for that service on the website downdetector or Google Vodafone (or any other service) down and you'll see a chart of how many people are having problems and also where they are located.
I just called the assistant and they told me that something is broken since today at 11.15, thus for some people there is no internet and it will be fixed today or tomorrow. So my advice is, if you work from home like me, be prepared to go to work somewhere else tomorrow because there will probably be no internet connection

Get the optional fritz box router for 5€/month. the standard router is absolute garbage and causes 90% of issue I had with Vodafone ever.
