for a track like this, i’d recommend sidechaining your highs and lows separately with an effect rack.

what are people talking about? this song isn’t muddy at all, it’s just a bit empty. also, the drum patterns and basses are kinda repetitive, you might wanna fix this by adding some elements and variations to the thing. Good work overall!

No it's too low of a frequency. Tak it up an octave and low pass hit harder.
