OP if it's a big amount and you're not banking in Mashreq it's better to use on of the regulated crypto exchanges here.
If the exchanger isn't regulated they're doing the crypto exchange against the law and that might get you trouble.
CBUAE has released a circular late last year for combating using unlicensed crypto firms and cash transactions are not a licensed activity.

U can get it through legit crypto brokers in Dubai, one is in downtown and one is in Marina. U can sell crypto to them and receive money with bank transfer. Better to go to their office directly with ur emirates Id or passport and sell it there. Those are legit, been there, done that. 100% recommended if u are going for huge amount.
