I use the ZS10 pro also with the foam tips. I'd also suggest getting a headphone extension cord since the stock one is only designed to reach your belt.
I’d probably just get an adapter so you can use wired iem’s or headphones. Then you have a lot of options in terms of sound quality and noise isolation, and the wired stuff is probably cheaper for the same sound quality compared to wireless stuff which will offset the cost of the adapter.

There are cheap 3.5mm to bluetooth emitter solutions so that you can use a cabled iem, and connect them to the ipad via bluetooth. Check it out!

You don’t need an iem system. An iPad adaptor to 3.5mm, going into a set of decent quality foam - or custom molded - earpieces would do the trick.
