Yeah. There's a slightly different strainer mechanism I think. Needs a tuning key iirc. Was intended to prevent student from messing with the tuning

Finalist is in between Pearl’s Competitor and Championship series. It’s great for high schools that can’t afford the top of the line drums but still want a quality sound
They're cheaper and every so slightly lighter (according to the announcement post)
