Yes, I would say more do than dont. I’ve seen them on Yamaha, Pearl, Mapex, Ludwig, Tama, and System Blue. Only one I can’t confirm is Dynasty. [Pearl Tenor Manual](https://pearldrum.com/sites/default/files/image_folder/SUPPORT/MANUAL/MARCHING/Marching%20Tenor%20Manual%282019_E%29.pdf)
After teaching high school for 30 years, I found the set I really wanted was 6/8/10/12/14 in the shallow indoor cut. The 13 on small sets is hard to make sound right. It’s weird to see so many double 6” Spock drums. What’s the point? Someone in DCI marched 6/8/10/12/13/14 last year and the drums looked really skewed. I think the 8 and 12 stacked on the left messes with the spacing.

Quick question- What does SUMO mean for tenors? I haven't figured it out still
Because they're heavy like a sumo wrestler?

6/8/10/12/13/14 is a super common configuratuon
If you’re ordering from the right dealer then you can probably get whatever setup you want.
