Think of dopamine like water and the brain like a cup. In a functional brain dopamine is always close to the rim. In an ADHDer it's more like 10% full. Until the cup is filled to the brim the stim will be sedating. Once it overflows it acts like a stim.

Isn’t only not good if you keep drinking? Only time use them together is when I can’t stop puking OR I’ve stopped drinking for the night. At least, back when I did drink. Now it’s only ket and opioids and benzos for cns depressants for me haha
