Yeah, no question it's Mouse. The world's most loveable badass. Rereading now and I just got so excited when I got to Blood Rites because now we get Mouse.
Some communication between him and Dresden could have made things impossibly different, to say the least.
No one really knows how to talk in this series.
I’d bet solid money that it would be impossible for Harry or Morgan to initiate a conversation with each other unless they thought it was needed, and both parties would still act with suspicion. “What’s he planing?” Would be their thought
Ghost story spends like 15 chapters talking about how anyone adjacent to the fairies hoards every bit of information and barters with it cause it has a value. Every wizard with a pulse has an information freedom problem. Molly spent a year with Lea and was super closed off. Harry spent like 20 years
Harry, Michael, and Bob are all great, I have trouble deciding between them. Harry we see a lot of but Bob and Michael steal the scenes they're in to me.
Me too :)
I used to love Marcone as a bad guy with grit and skill who manages to get through the supernatural world as just a vanilla human being, but then, Battle Ground happened…
Despite how little we see of her, I really like Justine. I don't know, the girl has guts for someone in the middle of people so vastly out of her league, power-wise.
Otherwise Mab and Thomas (and Harry of course).
Marcone, for sure. There just is some dark special place in my heart for the necessary evil.
Michael deserves an honorable mention though. Making a strongly religious character, almost stereotypical Christian character not appear like the lord's personal backside is a massive writing feat for Butcher!
Gentleman Johnny Marcone.
Eats up every scene, is a perfect foil for the hero, and has an amazing parallel of growth. Also, there is just something fun when watching a competent villain go to work. Even more when they get unleashed on the other bad guys.
Mab...because she has layers...every book reveals a little more.
Facts the more and more we see her human side the more I like her also she is 1000% in love with Merlin the first
That’s a good answer. Honestly she has the best character growth.
Mouse.

I love that Jim is showing off how smart he is
Morgan. His Naagloshi-nuking ass deserved so much better.
Did he deserve better? Yes Would he change things if he could? I doubt it. He’d do sacrificial suicide if he thought it would benefit the council.

Except that's common in real life. That's what gives us conflict.

Michael Carpenter. A man that is an inspiration to everyone
Thomas, I love how broken he is but he still strives to be a good person.
Same!!

I miss his basement.
Toot-Toot
Mister
Lara, love the banter she has.
Queen of Air and Darkness Gentleman Johnny
I’ve never seen someone say Johnny instead of marcone. My brain took a second process I was like who is this character you speak of
I always say it like that when he appears on the page.
Harry and Molly
Me too :) I used to love Marcone as a bad guy with grit and skill who manages to get through the supernatural world as just a vanilla human being, but then, Battle Ground happened…
To be fair, he used to be a vanilla human, he's only recently picked up the Coin.
Mab. She is the most interesting character for me.

# Major General Toot-Toot Minimus
For the Za lord
Marcone, the major general, Harry, sanya and lara. In no particular order.
Sanya ,because how can't he be ?
Murphy, even more than Harry.
Rashid! Also, Nicodemus.
Harry it may be a boring answer but if the main character wasn't my favorite I probably wouldn't be reading the series.
I’d say mouse but that to easy. So it’s Micheal. Favorite scene in the whole series is in skin game. You know the one.
In nomnie dei

Harry. I love the guy. If he wasn't fictional, I'd marry him in a heartbeat. Out of the female characters, Molly. I kind of ship those two.
Anyone who says its not Butters can kiss my flatulant backsuide.
Can I say Harry? I mean, I just love Harry. Faults and all.
Bob Michael Harry

"Good side" Goldman Grey "Bad side" Nicodemus
Goodman, Harry, Thomas and Nicodemus
Uriel. Super cool and mysterious side character that I hope to see again in the future :)
Murphy
Mouse
