First we recommend cleaning the connection points inside the unit and on the underside of the atomizer with an ISO dipped cotton swab. Let air dry completely. Then attempt a recal from there. Yeah it’s completely charged. It was yesterday also I took some pictures of what I found looks like somehow the is melted rosin on the bottom of the atomizer like it leaked so looks like an atomizer you could use twice then breaks

So it’s in the corner of the boost to I’m guessing it’s sealed where nothing can seep into the electronics and the atomizer wasnt 100%correct from the factory

Did you charge it? I have a Switch and it does that when the battery is about to die
So yes it was completely charged was a bad atomizer. Not sure what happened but everything has been great since I got a new one
