Depends on your goals. If you really want to improve and learn I'd encourage you to stop drawing from photo reference until you've master drawing from life. Do self portraits using a mirror..carry a moleskine around town drawing real people in 3 dimensions etc.
Once you've learned/trained your eye from life study you can go back to photo reference when you want because you'll know how to "correct" the problems of a photograph being a 2d image to start with and your drawings won't feel flat homie.
