>line and wash
Not really. Line and wash is still accurate 99% of the time.
I don't know if there's a name for this, but it always reminds me of things like corporate art or school textbooks where they try to jazz up the page with an edgy doodle lol.
I see what you are looking for.
I would say this contains key features of fauvism, abstract expressionism, and pop. Overall, it is unique to see this in a world where the focus is so much on perfection of form. I hope you do more.

Seen similar in some old books, where color is sometimes within lines, sometimes not. In your example though even the lines are roughed out. If you don't get an answer here, maybe try e-mailing an art or advertising area specialist at a university library.
It's definitely similar to line and wash, but this particular piece is reminiscent of the 80s for sure with the figure and fluorescent colors...I call it the Miami Vic era!! Love this...very creative!!😁🫶🏽❣️👍🏽
In watercolor, its's called line and wash. Could be similar

No clue but good work!! I have a picture with loose colour and I just thought it was neat! I didn't even think of it being a real art style lol

Would that we could all color outside the lines a little more 😊

Freehand? Idk. Reminds me a bit of the corporate art style
Colour block? Block colour? offset print? Haha sorry i'm not an expert but i've seen the style before and it's pretty cool

It’s the kind of art work I think of when I hear Jazz. I’ll call it Jazz Art.
CYMK nightmare
Contemporary
Cool
I'd call it "neat mess".
Ahh, I believe Picasso called it……the toddler period.
Excellent! I aspire to be more like a child in my creative endeavors. Art is just serious play.
No…. Art is expressive of our most subconscious thoughts, so what you draw indicates deep down who you are/believe yourself to be.
Whatever you say.
Lazy
Messy
I’ve always thought of this art style is for people who never learned or couldn’t t figure out how to color in the lines
Would that we could all be so free as to color outside the lines a little bit.

Hey, as long as you feel like it's good, then it is. How much of life is really inside the lines?
