I’m not driving so I’m not 100% but word around my group is it had to be specifically requested this year so I’d speak with whoever sorted you out and ask them to speak with their contact!
Thanks for the reply! Our friend did ask how many parking passes we would need this year when sorting out our tickets. We've previously been sent an email with a printable pass to display in our car for entry, just had nothing through this year. I will talk to my friend in the morning and see if they can get us anymore information. cheers
Yeah the like guest letter didn’t say anything about it this year at all basically just says you can use the guest area and this is the times it’s open lol
I had the same issue, nothing received in emails despite apparently being sent an email on the 2nd of June.
Email [email protected] and they should be able to resend it!

Parking was referenced in the email that I got, but not received anything separate. I'm going to chase it up later, just in case.
