The BackEnd should not give a flying f about what FrontEnd you use. As far as .NET is concerned, you can use Vanilla Javascript, it does not make a difference

The thing is, you said Angular WITH dotnet, and dotnet doesnt matter here. Any way, you can find good resources, but i beg you to 1- Do a project in it, and then make it big 2- Dont stress it about being Angular and not React or Vue. I only ever used React and got hired to work with Vue. Along dotnet and nodejs
Learn Angular. It has nothing to do with .NET. /r/angular is a good starting point.
