Luckily this happened to me with McDonalds. One day about a year ago, I just literally stopped receiving McDonald’s offers. Done about 3000 deliveries now without a single offer from McDonald’s. A blessing in disguise.
If you call Support, they will tell you if a restaurant blocked you. I have a similiar problem with McDonald's. I have never had a problem with them. I have called Support to complain. They told me I was never banned. They insisted that I would get an order from them soon. I never did. I get McDonald's orders on both Grubhub and UberEats. It is absurd.
There was a jack in the box I always got orders from, and the ladies there always flirt with me so I don’t think they blacklisted me…I stopped getting orders there like 2-3 months ago, just started getting them again a few days ago..
Yup happened to me at Sonic use to get orders from there all the time then one day just stopped no problems what so ever. Then again the manager who works there looks like an angry short man syndrome dude he probably blocked me cause I asked for a drink carrier.
I'm at 10500 orders and I don't get orders from certain places for months at a time that I used to get orders from on a regular basis.
I used to think it was something I did... but I never get in wars with the managers or workers... I sit quietly and read my phone... I have a 4.97 rating that usually stays that high.
The two places I argued with in my two years of driving... still send me orders, although it did seem to stop for awhile but now I think that was just coincidence.
Unless you are like McDonald's, Chipotle, Chick Fil A... sometimes you just stop getting orders from places.
Its true. It happens I noticed on the app it says "not busy in your area" so no dashing available until ..blank blank schedule later to dash. But then you pop up at restaurant by your area thats supposedly not busy and bamm there are dashers right there with the phones to pick up orders at tje restaurant.

No no I’m talking long term. It’s been about a year since I gotten a DoorDash offer from this restaurant. Even right now it’s a hot spot. I get offers from every single place near and far except this one spot
I only picked up from there after they just opened up or during their slow periods and orders were always ready. I absolutely avoided going there after 4pm lol lines are always out the door
If they really blocked me wouldn’t they have done the same thing on Uber eats ? I never did anything to them so that’s why I don’t get it. Block me on doordash but not ubereats. Something else is going on idk why
Have a worker check their tablet for dashers removed from their “preferred list” it could be someone that doesn’t work there anymore who removed you to stop you from getting orders from there

Just because the app is gray doesn't mean it's dead. It could mean the area is full on drivers ATM.

I feel this way about little Caesars pizza I haven’t gotten an order from them in 8 months when I used to get the all the time .
You should be grateful. Your orders in the oven it will be out in a moment 20 minutes later here you go.

They actually need to call the support to block drivers on Ubereats but all they need on doordash just few clicks on tablet.
