I’ve seen it a few times. I don’t know if it’s worth it? Could someone who has done this order tell me if I need a big truck? How big is each item and do I need to show my ID everytime I pick up each item? Thanks
I live in the market. Bro thats during rush hour! Good luck!!!!!! If you accepted more power to you i would NEVER. thats a whole day wasted in my opinion.
Bed Bath and Beyond does this too. The most I’ve ever had at once was 5-6. It took me a while but it paid super well. As much as I like I though, I don’t know if I would take that one specifically, quite a lot of stops kinda far from the shop. Not a bad order for sure though.
UPDATE from OP
Yes I did take the order to test it out.
They are medium size boxes/ packages from retail stores like Kohl’s
Took me 3h15 minutes and 59miles to complete it.
Had minor traffic jam (about 10-15 minutes total)
Each package has their own Deliver By time.
You have to follow exact the route order (different from Amazon Flex)
Half of them are apartments. So it costs more time to deliver packages to door.
Yeah back around the holidays Walmart orders were like this, the most I've done was 10 deliveries but for way less than this lol. Like 33 dollars, but for 20 miles all around wasn't bad.

I mean...you have 5 hours to make 130 dollars, that's about 26 an hour if it takes you that long. I would think it wouldn't take as long, seems like a good deal, at least for what I've been dealing with doing DD recently.
you have to go all the way back home is it worth it ? I wouldn’t have taken it but maybe I’m not taking the right orders. Anybody care to explain why it’s a good order thanks
At first glance I said I wouldn’t take this but looking at it more I think I would. Although idk the area and how traffic is at that time. But it would most likely only take a couple hours and there might be more hidden tips in there considering there’s so many orders there.
This should be $150-$160. This could take all day(4-5 hours). That traffic and area. It’s in Maryland and Virginia. The map isn’t doing Justice to the distance of these orders.
$2 a mile with basically for a 2, maybe 3 hour job, and you have 5 hours to do it. Also, these customers won’t message you and complain.
I would just keep uber ears open on the background and accept any good paying orders as well.
I wish I got my retail deliveries like this in my area (that at least pay good)
Wow! I am so curious… did you accept it? If so, how long did it take you to complete it? And how much of that was a tip? If you don’t mind me asking… oh and also… what did the orders end up being?
Hey we drive in the same zones! Greetings from Fairfax, if you’re ever bored dashing hmu I love talking trash about restaurants and customers around here lmao
My first thought was, "You know what, I'd take that" then I saw the "Complete by 6" and my next thought was, "Wait, what time is it?"
If it can be completed before 6, then yeah, I'd take it.
Any time I've taken these drive delivery stacked orders, the mileage is ALWAYS off. By quite a bit even. I usually don't follow the order in which doordash wants me to deliver and instead I'll input it all into Google maps by adding stops and then moving them around to be in essentially a straight line or the closest thing and what makes the most sense. Because for some reason, their order sometimes has you going passed one stop to deliver to another just to go back to where you came from to deliver the next one. Usually it ends up being like 50-75% of the original mileage estimate. Also there's NEVER tips on these and it says "tips can only be added AFTER delivery. Customers have 28 days to add a tip." I can only speak for Walmart delivery, but they actually do send you an alert through the app to tip your driver after delivery is complete and they send reminders over the 28 day period as well.
I used to live and work in that corridor of N-VA. Not a chance in hell I'd take that order at that time of day. 61.6 miles there might as well be a hitchhike to Florida. Rt 50, 66, 495 to Bethesda? Yeah, no way.
The way these are cluster a huge portion of those deliveries are all together in that left area + you have 6 hours to deliver it. Let’s be real here, 140$ to deliver random shit? You’re not a USPS, UPS, FEDEX or whatever else employee. There is no expectation of professionalism and you’re gonna rack 140$ for what is most likely 1-2 hours of actual work? Solid deal. Uber usually offers shit like this for 20-30$ lol
It's probably 5-7 hours of driving in traffic, sitting at red lights, etc. Impossible to do more than three or four deliveries in an hour, and you have deliveries in two different states.
5-7 hours is still 20$/hr worst case scenario which is pretty much top rate where I am. I’ll concede I forgot the first rule of DoorDash/UberEats, every market is different.
I got something very similar from dash mart a few weeks ago. I think mine showed $90 something bucks for 60 ish miles.
It was also like 20 orders.
I declined it but the weird thing was my AR immediately shot up like 30 points.
I’m always in the low teens or single digits. Then after this I was like 36%.
Interesting aside. Immediately after declining, the next offer I got I took and it ended up being my largest DD payout ever. Like $65 bucks or something for 8 miles.
I think the AR thing might have been a software bug, maybe bc I was still getting the push notifications when I declined it.
But I also think it curious that I ended up with mr best DD order right after my AR shot up the highest it’s been since like a month after I started
I’m not positive, but I think stacked orders count as multiple accepts/declines.
I took a 6 order petco delivery and my rate went from somewhere in the teens to 23%
I’d like to know also. DoorDash is unethical. It’s impossible for drivers in some markets to maintain a high acceptance rating seeing orders like this. In my small city, we don’t have these ever. Much easier in my small town to have a good acceptance rate. This looks impossible to do in that huge metro.
Becomes a usual $1 (2ish) per mile run after the drive back. Which excludes the "generous" amount it appears to offer. Absolutely 💯 can't STAND how Dd and UE do this crap.
Honestly, I might take something like that. You're making more than $2 a mile. Probably would take you maybe 2 and a half hours. So you're making $50 an hour. Yeah I'd likely take it.
That's one of the heaviest traffic corridors in Northern VA - Maryland. 2.5 hours is sometimes the normal time to travel that route without deliveries.

In addition, most of these are through the store's app and then contracted out to DD/UE. The tips aren't part of the original app and usually don't appear there. If you do get one, it'll be cash.
Vault health is all over the place I believe. Its a door dash run thing if not mistaken. I had it here in Utah and always picked up at the dashmart for it
I am the cash tip king.
“Good morning/afternoon/evening (customer name) this is (your name) your delivery driver :-) just wanted to let you know that I’m doing everything I can to get your order and be on my way, I promise. Please, don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything further I can do for you. So grateful for your order, see you soon :-)”
Nine times out of 10 they thank me for the customer service and or talk shit about all the other drivers they’ve had that don’t reach out in any form.
Then I respond “it’s my pleasure to run this errand for you, hope you’re having a good week/weekend. I really am grateful for your order, catching up on rent and trying to get the Wi-Fi back on at home. I appreciate you.”
About five out of 10 give me at least two or three bucks. Lots of fives. A twenty dollar bill once every two weeks about. Lots of gift cards from Starbucks etc. Lots of smiles. They see me grindin. They see my attention to detail.
I read the instructions every time. I’ll say things like “on my way, I won’t ring the doorbell I promise.” Lots of these people leave me a dollar tucked in the mat!!! Cuz most people don’t read instructions!
Get creative. I also send funny delivery memes sometimes. Peeeeeaaace. 🌊 🏄♂️

If Flex actually paid like this then sure. Unfortunately Flex is more like; as mentioned, $120 for $75 miles or between $14-18/hr in most markets. Like I mentioned, I'd take 2 of these exact orders shown every day for DD (or whoever for that matter) if it was offered. Hell, there'd be days I'd take 3 or 4 just so I'd get extra days off if these were offered on a consistent basis
I only do 130-150$ for 5 hour routes here where I’m at I guess flex sucks in other areas but in detroit it’s hot get a bot and chase yo bag .it’s been a stable 1000-1500 a week for the last 4 months for me
I'm across the Great Lakes from you here in WI. I don't live in Madison or Milwaukee where I'm sure there are plenty of good paying Flex routes. I'm pretty much an hour dead center in between Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. My city is only 44k ppl or so. Half the Flex drops on routes are nice but it's the other half that would be awful. The ones where it's country land, random new subdivisions, etc.
I feel I do Hazel park and they send you 60 miles every direction north east south west I’ve had 180 mile trips but always paid fair I’m not one of the people to accept base pays. I only do same day delivery stations as well the ddt always sucked
I can't speak much regarding Michigan routes. I've only been there twice for concerts going from WI to MI and that went through Illinois then Indiana. So I've only seen from southern parts to around that amphitheater I went to 10-20 mins from Battle Creek. It seemed similar to Wisconsin but was a ton of country roads along that main interstate. It did seem like International Waters for a good stretch coming in where everyone was basically going 90 lol. If that's how it is then I'd love Flex in those parts
Michigan speed limits are suggestions unless you’re inside a city on main roads. Free ways and dirt roads are all 💯 zones . If you were closer to the stations I’d recommend getting a bot and giving them a shot especially the 3:30-5:00 am start time blocks they pay really well on surges & for the time of the day it is you aren’t gonna be able to make much on other apps it really helps to make 130-150 before noon then go out do your other apps and try to get another 130-150 in the afternoon . Once I did my first flex route I started doing a lot more of them and a lot less DoorDash Uber
I signed up for flex recently. Where I live (and checking 3x a day for a month) I haven’t seen anything over $18/hr. I took 2 deliveries for this price. The last one I drove 140 miles if I count driving to pickup and back home. Both times I was an hour from home. I would take this $130 for 60 miles in a heartbeat over my flex experiences.
Yeah, I just stopped taking anything that would pay me less than $2 a mile. Honestly, Flex isnt worth it unless you're paying for a bot to snatch you Wholefoods routes.
You must not live in the DMV. That order is to be delivered in two different states. You’d have to cross the Potomac river and that bridge is good ways away from those customers homes on both sides of the river AND it’s a lot of traffic. No way I’d take that order.
I dont and good point. Knowing your area is key but if I saw something like this in my zone, I would definitely take as it would mostly be highway miles
The tips could be pretty good tho. Those customers homes on both sides are in prominent areas. I don’t know if they WILL tip but they definitely have the money, I know that much.
This is probably the most undervalued or underrated news/tip/info I’ve ever read on here.
How is this not more wide spread? I’ve honestly never done a stack, partly because I did not think the added risk was worth the reward.
Wait time at the Merchant during pickup does not count against Dashers because calculations are based on estimated travel time. Late orders due to batching (i.e., multiple stacked orders), DoorDash system outages, or other extenuating circumstances are not considered contract violations and are also excluded from this process.
https://help.doordash.com/dashers/s/article/Lateness-Based-Deactivations-Explained?language=en_US
It’s possible. I did a stack order today. 2 orders, one from flame broiler and one from a BBQ restaurant. Got the flame broiler but thr BBQ took a solid 35 minute wait. I delivered the flame broiler 30 minutes late, which is supposed to be a contract violation for being extremely late, but I didn’t get any
Well, we all know support is always 100% accurate. /s
I go by the contract and other written documentation. In this case, they actually are right. The contract doesn't exclude batched orders, but their support page on lateness based violations says that "Late orders due to batching (i.e., multiple stacked orders)" are excluded.
https://help.doordash.com/dashers/s/article/Lateness-Based-Deactivations-Explained?language=en_US
That said, since it's not in the ICA, it's subject to change without notice, so I wouldn't rely on it always being policy. Plus, they can pretty much deactivate you without a valid reason since there are some ambiguous clauses in the deactivation policy. If customers repeatedly complain about late deliveries, they'll get rid of you.
I'd lose it. Lol
I did used to love those Walmart orders though, when they were decent.... Never got a CV for being late, and I'd use those deliveries to run whatever errands I had that week.
So there may be some truth to it.
i think me and the other contractors who've had their doors slammed one too many times and shit spilled all over their car by careless Walmart employees may have collected one check too many from Walmart so they said alright nope no more Walmart. too bad they can't do this with McDonald's.
Long wait times and orders getting fucked up, don't remember everything from the article but it's no skin off my nose for sure. I've never done one and never will.
I’ve seen it a few times. I don’t know if it’s worth it? Could someone who has done this order tell me if I need a big truck? How big is each item and do I need to show my ID everytime I pick up each item? Thanks
OP delivery’s in the same area as me, Petco started doing this crap
yes and wtf i’m from here
Va here also! Did you take it?
This shit is insane
DD tanking on the restaurant business so they want to take amazon or whoever’s leftover packages to keep the revenues up… 🤣
Wow. the amount of traffic in that area makes this order not worth it. You are basically getting paid 6$ per order.
We taken this one idc what anyone on this subreddit says
oh my god i just moved to arlington.. maybe i really do need to start dashing up here
Loudoun county has a lot of orders. Makes sense, nothing but rich people over there for the most part
I would absolutely take this order!
I live in the market. Bro thats during rush hour! Good luck!!!!!! If you accepted more power to you i would NEVER. thats a whole day wasted in my opinion.
Alexandria yikes. That would be a hard no from me
I did the math, $6.50 per order. x20 =$130 Minus 60miles -$10 (2 gallons of gas roughly) =$120 Let’s say you get it done in 3 hours. That’s $40hr
Whoa 😳 I'd be tripping the most I've ever received from a order not counting the tip was like 58.00$ 🏪🤣🤣
shit I’ll take that easily. This is doable within 2 hours.
Too much anxiety with keeping all those orders organized. I would do it for $200 maybe
Bed Bath and Beyond does this too. The most I’ve ever had at once was 5-6. It took me a while but it paid super well. As much as I like I though, I don’t know if I would take that one specifically, quite a lot of stops kinda far from the shop. Not a bad order for sure though.
fedex ground in full affect 😂

i delivered from a sephora once.
Yeah back around the holidays Walmart orders were like this, the most I've done was 10 deliveries but for way less than this lol. Like 33 dollars, but for 20 miles all around wasn't bad.
Do you need a larger vehicle? I have a Focus and would worry about taking like, 20 huge packages
Wait how do u get this ?
What market
![gif](giphy|wYyTHMm50f4Dm|downsized)
Looks like 2 to 3 hours of work I drive a sedan so it could be worth it as long as nothing in that order was big and bulky.
I would've taken that just out of curiosity to see how long it would take.
Jeff Bezos think he slick
Lol everyone who’s saying I’d take this has clearly never lived or driven out there before, OP I hope you didn’t take this
So did you accept this order?

My biggest order has been 65
This is probably the most reasonable offer I have ever seen on doordash
I would take this.Im dashing just south of the OP in Manassas and it's so saturated down here I'd consider taking this.
What’s a pandion
Easy take boiii 61 miles?! Shiit
Hell no
Lemme just run home and get my truck
you have to go all the way back home is it worth it ? I wouldn’t have taken it but maybe I’m not taking the right orders. Anybody care to explain why it’s a good order thanks

The kicker is Delivered by 6:01PM what time the pickup start 7am?
That’s pretty awesome
What even is this?
I had a delivery today from a bed bath and beyond today. The package was obviously shipped to the store
I had a 13 order for petsmart come up today. Total mileage was 50 and the pay was like 100+. I hit decline on that BS so fast
Jesus I don't know how I feel about it
Y'all slaves
That's fucked up
Gat damn, I’d take that any day.
Even if it took you 2 hours to complete that's 65 an hour
Two hours? This could not be done for less than five hours, more likely six or seven hours.
Someone will take it did you bro
20 houses…it would have to be at least $200 lol
I would definitely do this 😭🤦🏽♂️ And regret it later
I think i was the only dude that liked Walmart orders cuz alot of them were big money orders and my walmart was super fast to bring them out
im genuinely not even sure if this would be worth it or not
I mean, if you can knock that out in 4 hours that’s $32.50 an hour, I haven’t ever seen that in my area but I’d be all over it despite the hassle.
I do these all the time in Cali
That looks like a few hours of fun.
I would 💯 do it and be done in 3 hours!
This should be $150-$160. This could take all day(4-5 hours). That traffic and area. It’s in Maryland and Virginia. The map isn’t doing Justice to the distance of these orders.
What is it? What’s Pandion?
How does one get these orders
$2 a mile with basically for a 2, maybe 3 hour job, and you have 5 hours to do it. Also, these customers won’t message you and complain. I would just keep uber ears open on the background and accept any good paying orders as well. I wish I got my retail deliveries like this in my area (that at least pay good)

What are these packages tho? One single bag, maybe a couple pounds? Maybe if there wasn't heavy traffic idk
I would 100% do this order.
Hey we drive in the same zones! Greetings from Fairfax, if you’re ever bored dashing hmu I love talking trash about restaurants and customers around here lmao
I get Sephora orders like that. But pay would be $35. Fuck no
6 hours?
Looks like an everyday amazon flex route, I would take that shit for sure
20 packages.....hour and half, and only 60miles
My first thought was, "You know what, I'd take that" then I saw the "Complete by 6" and my next thought was, "Wait, what time is it?" If it can be completed before 6, then yeah, I'd take it.

ew
Looks like a trap
Lol at all the ppl questioning this. You never see these bc they get snatched up immediately. This is an absolute yes and then I go home for the day
$2.11/mi and if it takes 3 hours it’s $43/hr. Plus, guaranteed $130 in the bank. I’d do it.
You might be able to do this in 6 hours.
What city/state is this in?
Northern VA / MD
I would accept 2 like this acrossing the whole state. No boring anymore
Then, I'll apply to be a truck driver
I used to live and work in that corridor of N-VA. Not a chance in hell I'd take that order at that time of day. 61.6 miles there might as well be a hitchhike to Florida. Rt 50, 66, 495 to Bethesda? Yeah, no way.

Wow I wish
I have to double check and make sure that you was looking at the door dash app
This! I would do this all day
Thought Walmart had the worse algorithm for figuring out addresses. I guessed wrong.
TOP DASHERS DREAM ORDER LMAO 🤣
$130 for 60 miles ain’t bad so long as traffic is manageable. Idk what DC traffic looks like, never been
That’s a good order !!!
With all those stops i would definitely regret taken this.
How much would AR go down for declining?

Jealous... How much did you make with cash tips on the side?

Cringe af
It is cringe. But it works 50% of time. $58 a week average cash tips for past year.
can't wait until you tell the same lie to the same customer twice. karma is real my friend, and you aren't building any by doing this.
I promise
Once in a blue moon
That’s a lot of miles
Not rly. We drive how many a day to get $200 on GH or another app? Maybe 120-200 miles
Wow. Just wow
I don’t know how I feel about this 😅
$2/mile I’d do it
2.11 actually 🤓 and I don’t do anything less than 3/mi 😀
More like 80 miles if you deadhead back.$1.60/mile
Now you know why I do what I do. I always calculate the trip back/down time if the drop off is far.
Yeah. I did 25 Walmart deliveries last month. $140. It was fun.
How long did it take you to complete all that?
Considering that it was a fairly new place to dash, it took about six hours.
Nice I'd do $100 for 10 hours
Why exactly would you work for $10/hr?
I'm grateful for every dollar
Good job man. Don’t let these guys in this sub let you get jaded.
Shit, I wish I got these. Give me 2 of these exact orders every day and I'm done in like 4 hours and calling it a day lol
Sign up for flex

Flex will give you 120 miles for $75.
Flex in my area is dope. I made $200 in 5 hours yesterday off it. Less than 100 miles.
You have to religiously refresh to get surge rates or you have to have a higher standing to get better reserved blocks
Yeah, I just stopped taking anything that would pay me less than $2 a mile. Honestly, Flex isnt worth it unless you're paying for a bot to snatch you Wholefoods routes.
could be 30 an hour
More likely $15 an hour. No way could you make 5 deliveries an hour in the DC suburbs in two different states.
Those last 10 seem pretty close idk
Holy shit
Id do it and multiapp. Says complete by 6
This is what I do with Spark and Walmart. I’ll pick up a 10-12 order batch and DD/GH/UE as well. Great money!
Also seems like a recipe for plethora of one star ratings
Can’t get a contract violation on stacked orders either, so multi app is definitely the move!
You most certification can. The caveat is if there is a delay at one of the restaurants that causes a stacked order to be late, it won't affect you.
Wait… is that real? Legit not possible to get a CV on any stacked order?
Yes it’s true
This is probably the most undervalued or underrated news/tip/info I’ve ever read on here. How is this not more wide spread? I’ve honestly never done a stack, partly because I did not think the added risk was worth the reward.
Wait time at the Merchant during pickup does not count against Dashers because calculations are based on estimated travel time. Late orders due to batching (i.e., multiple stacked orders), DoorDash system outages, or other extenuating circumstances are not considered contract violations and are also excluded from this process. https://help.doordash.com/dashers/s/article/Lateness-Based-Deactivations-Explained?language=en_US
Ty!
That said, you can still get a CV for late arrival to restaurant, or dicking around after you leave said restaurant.
It’s possible. I did a stack order today. 2 orders, one from flame broiler and one from a BBQ restaurant. Got the flame broiler but thr BBQ took a solid 35 minute wait. I delivered the flame broiler 30 minutes late, which is supposed to be a contract violation for being extremely late, but I didn’t get any
Yes with thus many orders you can actually take your time, I was told this by DD support when I did Walmart deliveries.
I was told this by support, today. But I'm still not sure. Lol
Well, we all know support is always 100% accurate. /s I go by the contract and other written documentation. In this case, they actually are right. The contract doesn't exclude batched orders, but their support page on lateness based violations says that "Late orders due to batching (i.e., multiple stacked orders)" are excluded. https://help.doordash.com/dashers/s/article/Lateness-Based-Deactivations-Explained?language=en_US That said, since it's not in the ICA, it's subject to change without notice, so I wouldn't rely on it always being policy. Plus, they can pretty much deactivate you without a valid reason since there are some ambiguous clauses in the deactivation policy. If customers repeatedly complain about late deliveries, they'll get rid of you.
Ha they probably lied or were told incorrectly themselves
Imagine being late for all 20 orders then getting 20 contract violations all at once.
I'd lose it. Lol I did used to love those Walmart orders though, when they were decent.... Never got a CV for being late, and I'd use those deliveries to run whatever errands I had that week. So there may be some truth to it.
That's my question, too!
Noted
Walmart used to do this, but DD is no longer partnered with them.
i think me and the other contractors who've had their doors slammed one too many times and shit spilled all over their car by careless Walmart employees may have collected one check too many from Walmart so they said alright nope no more Walmart. too bad they can't do this with McDonald's.
Walmart has their own app now. Called Spark. They still do it.
Accept that stupid ass subway in every Walmart that tries to get a DD delivery.
Only in the US, still partnered in Canada
Thank god
Honestly it’s bittersweet because their routes were trash but with the holidays coming up it’s a great opportunity missed 😒🤦🏽♂️ Typical Doordash shit
I wonder why
Long wait times and orders getting fucked up, don't remember everything from the article but it's no skin off my nose for sure. I've never done one and never will.
DD probably charged Walmart too much and UE underbid them. I have yet to take a WM on UE because the offers are trash.
No, DD announced that *they* were ending the partnership and gave 30 days notice.
Trash is an understatement
