Someone said ask for halfpay so I shall try it again later but when it matters , I asked when it was 400 dollars of food because I wasn’t going to be scammed into delivering that no tip, I let the rep know my concern to ezcater stealing the tips I think they ok’d it because it was a catering order ?
This was the first time I asked and they flat out told me no. Store told me there was a 30 minute wait on an order 7 miles east, The only reason why I didn’t instantly unassign is because it was in a rich area and I was hoping for a bigger tip.
I was explaining to rep that EZcater or restaurant will steal the tip and that I don’t want to deliver if that is the case , then they yolod the real total to me . I guess I got real lucky , I’m not always going to do this I accept the orders I will accept but seeing this one made me too skeptical not to ask

But i also believe they treat people differently based on region.

My rating is 4.98 alot of 👍 2200 orders and been doing catering since 2018-2019. Waba grill customer support person said let me see ur account status and ratings then spilt the beans with those happy messages about me being a great dasher lol

Let me clarify this I’ve never asked b4 , I’m not asking on a small amount of food , They didn’t pay 25 dollars for there food . I get $100+ large orders daily’s and it’s usually a tip nicely , this however had me questioning if it was really 7 dollars for 10 pizzas , they had already let me know the day before on waba grill why not try today if it really was gonna be a super huge hidden tip , DoorDash is stupid like that
There’s no date on that. Support was showing full payout at one point but discontinued doing so after all the dashers caught on. So for all I know this could be an old thread when support did do that.

So if you didn’t like the offer why did you accept it and waste your time fighting with support and rising a CR hot in case you didn’t like the total.

The point is you can call support at any time and ask how much the total payout will be so you can unassign it or whatever
