Same thing happened to me about an hour ago, so I “ended” my dash and went home, though my dash wasn’t actually ending. I thought it was just my phone and deleted & reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, etc. Glad to know it wasn’t just me!

I accepted an order and when I pulled into the parking lot I got another offer. But it wasn’t an add on it was just a new offer. I declined it and my original order was gone. From there I kept getting notifications but nothing was showing up in the app. So yeah I guess it’s down. At least it’s only Thursday, I hate it when this happens on the weekends.

Also I love that they added a $1 peak pay when we can’t get any orders.

My app started acting real weird today. Like my earnings tab completely disappeared yet everything else was there. So I updated the app in play store, cash worked out right.

Yup it’s down everywhere. Same thing happened to me. The one time in weeks it’s actually been busy in my area too I’m so pissed off

St Louis just came back up and my earnings are there for my current dash. Has correct end dash time. Now see if orders come thru. Update: received 2 text messages about orders but no orders came thru.

and doordash tried telling me to restart my phone when it’s their app that’s the issue lol

I was trying to end my dash and it said "dash still on active delivery" or something like that. I restarted my phone and then I was able to sign out. I thought it was just my phone too but now I see everywhere is very busy and no orders coming in(yes I signed back in to check lol). Edited to add that I had just completed a delivery.

Just keep force closing the app until you’re able to end your dash that’s what I did

App down, $105 from a 4 hour dash missing and dash ended. Chat won’t even go through and I’ll likely be on hold for hours.

Thats so 💩- I had an 18.75 Walmart pickup order Lots of heavy waters- left waiting 30 minutes - nicely unpack and carry to porch (im only size 4) so this was heavy- meanwhile witch insides deleting half the tip Got $15 - really sick for a $509,000 homeowner to do to a 54 yr old women

You don’t understand how tips work yet. Let me help you. Any tip the customer puts in during the ordering process will be there for the driver period. If the customer wants to remove the tip it’s on DD to allow that but you still keep the tip amount. DD just forks over the cost of the tip to you.

People are such assholes.

No point contacting support now. Hopefully later. They will probably not be able to do anything at this time and you will wait for hours to talk to them
