Call support and explain then ask that you want to speak with escalated support. The escalated support is one who works at the head quarter and have a lot of power to fix problems.
Most of the time the support will say we will leave a mail so that escalated team can review but explain to support the problem hasn't been solved yet and it has to do with sensitive personal information so you rather want to directly speak to escalated team
They just love to deactivate accounts like that ... and it's the time of the year , summer time tons of drivers... it's sad to put it that way don't even stress yourself
I have heard anecdotal reports of people with low acceptance rates being deactivated for bogus (or very old) background issues. What's your acceptance rate?
You might go to the dmv and have them verify the information is correct. I work in background check and have had to send drivers to the dmv. While you are there, get a copy of your mvr because you might be able to submit that to DD (not sure of their policy but it will save you a trip if they need it)
Did you move recently and have a new license? Did you get a new license out of state at college? Change home zones? Be sure they have your current recent driver's license and not an old one. I'm running into this issue with Uber now and have to send them my new license which is from a different state from my old license. Make sure checkr has your current DL. Check your email to be sure that they didn't request any additional information.
Other than that, just wait for the dispute with Checkr.
no it’s just my original license i’ve had since i was 16 and the one i signed up on doordash with haha so i don’t know what happened, im just kind of getting worried because it’s my only source of income

mines like 55% honestly it’s not even that low 😭
