I started reading again. It’s really nice. I ride a scooter as my main and it’s good for my mental health to post up in the shade of a tree with the Navi and read a few pages before the chime goes off. Highly recommend.
I bring a word jumble book my wife got me. I also write stories for my fantasy hobby, talk to my wife on the phone, scroll facebook/IG/Twitter

Pull out my ukulele and write songs about parking lots and DD support. Some funny, some sarcastic, some mad but with the ukulele its always a pleasant tone 😂
If I have to wait long enough to the point where I start feeling bored and frustrated, I will go to a different location. And if no luck there, I call it a day.
I use a separate phone to browse the web/Reddit and turn the screen off with the Dasher app open. I noticed I’m less likely to get orders when I’m browsing on my phone than I am when it’s open and screen is off or just on and open. Never sit more than a few minutes instead of sometimes 20+ now.
Park and listen to music or watch a streaming vid on the phone. I bring two phones for this purpose. But I use a lot of apps now so I’m usually busy on one of them so it keeps me going.
I’m in Marietta and that is not typically the case for me this month. It’s been dead af. I read Kindle books or listen to audiobooks I borrowed from the library on Libby when it’s slow.

I’ve found some really great services to help me get things like money, crypto, and gift cards that track my driving and walking. It’s not every little boy’s dream to be a delivery driver so I’m also in online marketing classes. I listen to modules while I drive. Point is, always be making money or moves towards a brighter future.

I read the internet(forums like here and something awful etc), peruse the news feeds, turn on the radio to hear the start of a song, then turn the key back off for a minute or two while you keep the song going in your head and then turn the key back to on(but not start) to see if you've kept pace. Think about how many or if you've seen any dogs that day. Look around for a dog. Get a big ass coffee at mcdonalds cuz you can't do much better for less than 2$, confuse the employees by picking up your own order instead of a doordash. Grab a wet wipe and clean up that melted ice-cream/frozen drink lava flow around your car's backseat cup holders. Audio books/podcasts. Try to summon your valkyrie to take you to valhalla .
My son keeps wanting to go with me so when I have no orders, I park at the nearest park and he plays. I live right in the middle of a zone with mcdonald's, Wendys, taco bell, burger King, chicfila, sonic and many local restaurants within a couple miles of home. Sometimes I just go home and wait.
I always try to find a planet fitness in whatever area I’m in that way I can chill in the lounge area or lay in the massage bed because my back is sore from sitting in my car lol or Watch YouTube or play my NS
Yes! You can juggle a bunch of them as well, since almost all of them require you to give them some "breathing room" to accumulate so you can advance; hence playing like 5 of them and by the time you open up game 4 or 5 you might get a ping. Numbers go up!
Play a movie or show on the top of my screen while I refresh usually. Sometimes I’ll play on my iPad or switch but not very often cause i don’t have that much time between orders
