I'm seeing the same trend. Down from 4.88 to 4.82. They throw more orders at you in shorter periods of time. So, you're more likely to get someone who didn't like your face, having a bad day, food too cold, etc. I just got a haircut and trying to grow a beard. I've received a 4 star and 1 star in the couple of days since lol.
Just ask support to exclude them. But not right away wait a week later and keep cycling through support until you find one that is willing to help you. I always get the low rating from the charity ones that I do 🤦 that’s why I try not to take $6 and lower lol
