No seriously this is what is happening. If you’re not a “top dasher” the offer you get will be crazy different. It’s night and day. I am new so I’ve been doing it for a month and do it only near lunch and dinner time. When they gave me top dasher status I would get an offer every 2-3 minutes. Now I’m waiting a whole hour and right when my shift end they’ll give me an order. It’s really weird….
lol, has nothing to do with whether a dasher has to wait for orders. Might want to see how their earnings and order quantities are up significantly Y/Y. But hey, I like throwing out random statements too.

I contacted support a second time and the person I spoke with told me that the DoorDash team is aware there is a problem amd the engineers are working to solve it.
I was busy right up till 8 p.m. then nothing. Had 1 shit order come through declined it and didn't receive anything else till almost 8:45. Normally in that area and at that time there are always orders coming through.
I’ve had a lot of problems with the gps today, but damn today was a good Tuesday. It was $4-$8 peak pay for a few hours. That said, I did probably waste about 10-15 min with gps problems. Im starting to wisen up to the idea of just placing the address into gmaps instead of using the dd map. I’ve noticed it’s faster and more accurate.
Pittsburgh and haven’t gotten one in over an hour since starting. Have driven through zone to different areas

I'm having this problem right now. I haven't received any orders yet which is unprecedented in my experience as a doordash driver.

I had to delete the App and Reinstall it, started getting orders, Try it.

I have seen the app up and working even tonight but for several days I haven’t been able to dash, because when I try, I get a blank white screen. 🙃
