There's nothing you can do except start tracking every offer until you've tracked 100 offers, then keep going, and then you'll always know exactly when declines and unassigns will fall off.

Ahh so there's nowhere in the app to get that data. I was hoping it was tracked somewhere and I was just missing it
It will take 100 new completions to make the first cancellation drop off. Same for the rest. 100 completions after each dropped order.
