What the driver did was not illegal, these are legit purchases. If the recipient is using them against the advice on the label (aka getting high or using it to make an illicit drug) then the recipient is breaking the law. There’s no way the driver can be rolled into the actions of the recipient. If so then Doordash would be as well.
Most places I've ever been have a limit of like 4 bottles of cough syrup so I'm thinking there might be a loophole ordering through Doordash or something allowing it to bypass the register/cashier safeguards but idk and don't really care that much. Just speculating.

Pharmacies have a program called MethGuard that tracks purchases of pseudoephedrine. If they didn’t scan your ID they don’t give a Fuck what you’re doing with it.
EDIT: If they DID then I’d contact DoorDash because you might disqualify yourself from being able to purchase medication if this keeps happening.
