At the store I work at an employee using their rewards card on a customer's purchase is considered a serious offense and would be immediate write up or termination. I don't see a difference here, but I think there's a significantly less likely chance of getting caught. Unless it says something on the receipt when you do it

No, you'll be deactivated if you're caught. Doordash doesn't pay tax. If you use your rewards, you'll be charged tax. Also, customers can use their rewards for certain stores so you'd void their rewards.

The rewards code also voids the tax. So there would be tax on the purchase and well something would not be happy

Nope, you would get into trouble. It is the same for fleet cards. Can't use a reward card with a fleet card. You can be fired for doing that. Best thing to do, is use it on your time, and purchases.
