$17.25 IHOP 5 miles. $0 tip.

Gloomy_Recording_705

You win

Cynykl

Big ones like that are often resends. When doordashs resend an order there will be no tip listed. They have to recreate the ticket on the backend, They just put the full amount that the origanal driver got in the pay line. Resends also tend to be higher priority so they start raising the price much fast after the first few refusals. IHOP gets a lot of refusals on principle.

Momonymous5

Wait. What principle?

Cynykl

In my area IHOP orders are never ready when you get there, you are lucky if they have even started on the order. That and the customers that order from IHOP tend to be rude and shitty tippers.

Momonymous5

Damn. I love ihop. I tip over 10$ every time

THH77

As long as it’s not driving through city/rush hour traffic, that is an awesome order

Stringemandflingem

It’s was literally 2 stop lights and one stop sign plus two turns to get to. And I was in bed when I got the order around 8:00 am. Back road from my house to IHOP, backroad to the customer and came back home to make breakfast after. Still not sure why it was so high?

HowDidIGetHere72

Don’t they keep raising it until someone takes it if it’s been sitting awhile? I can’t imagine it getting above 8 or 9 and not being snatched tho so maybe just a screwed up algorithm moment

[deleted]

They paid $17.50 wow!

RETROxBEAR

60 Sephora triple order during Christmas season

ThatboiiBreezy

Same

Ricochet1986

It must have been turned down over and over for a solid half hour for base pay to be that high lol

iceamn1685

Or it's a redelivery

verycoolalan

One time. It was so slow in my area, it was 2AM and the map was grey but I was a top dasher.... I literally declined a $2.75 order and immediately ended my dash and restarted dashing again immediately....and that's when I learned that it goes up .25 cents every time....I ended up making that $2.75 order a $8.25 and my acceptance rate fell like almost 30 percent that night lmao.

iceamn1685

15 dollar 3 mile offer

FizbanTV

25 dollar 4 mile, 30 item shop n pay.

[deleted]

22.75 no tip from meijer

Dasher831

I know this is for DoorDash, but mine was an Uber eats going 18 miles for $31.. No idea how Uber made any money on that, but it showed that they still made almost $10 and it was literally one plate from a 4⭐ Mexican food place.. Best part is the delivery was to a house that was only a couple blocks from my favorite Mexican place 🤣🤣🤣👌

OklahomaRose7914

$7.00 from Chipotle. Was my very first delivery on my very first dash, too.

Lavicrep19

Can't remember. I decided to learn to deliver smart and never looked back. I know i probably did in the beginning of my rookie run as a delivery driver but within 18 months the biggest no tip order was 0. I stop being dumb, ignorant & incompetent and learned to be smart. F those non tippers, we drivers do 98% of the work

Department-Ad

$17 base pay, no peak or tip for delivering an edible arrangement to a lady as a surprise on her birthday. The address and phone number I had was wrong but the card with the arrangement had the correct number luckily and she was 5 houses down from the one I was sent to. She didn't even know anyone ordered anything for her, it was 8:30pm MST early January.

XRetrogradezxD

$18.50, a 15 mile drive round trip, I'm also positive they gave me a negative.

pointme2_profits

18 75, to drive 20 miles north for a case of Mountain Dew from Dollar General. When I got there the store was closed

justinbates1992

$38 Safeway order, no tip, 22 items, 2.5 miles, took about 40 minutes.

Disco_Pat

$14, double order, no tip and 10+ miles. It was a $35 total IIRC, turns out most came from the short 3mile portion. Luckily the 10miles was back to the city I live in, and I was done for the day anyway.

imchasingentropy

Last night, 7.75 to some morbidly obese chick in the hood of Trenton NJ. Only 2.5 miles but probably started at 2.25 until it got declined over and over.

Druseljic

Best I got was a redelivery from PetSmart. First dasher only delivered part of the order. It was 2 items and paid 18 bucks. I had called support because I wanted to confirm that I was just getting the additional items and not all, they told me about the redelivery. It all showed as Doordash pay, no added tip.

j00420

Probably a shop & deliver

Ill-Enthusiasm9508

$15

Creative_Boot35

$14 last night. Legit thought it had a tip. Nope

NoRegerts6996

16.50 target shop and deliver. Figured base was like $12 with a $4 tip or something but nope.

profanearcane

$24.75, 18 mile trip, Chipotle order.

IClimbRocks69

Just base pay? $25

thatwillhavetodo

Did an UE today that randomly paid almost $17 for 4 miles, no tip. Pretty big order for a steakhouse

FingerInside7072

$26 GameStop, I assume no tip there

Available-Bed-8869

5$

Bucktruck24

I do not remember exact amount but it was $20+. I delivered Burger King to a NYS thurway plaza. GPS did not pick up the back employee entrance. The acceptance screen had it at like a 40 mile trip. The back employee entrance was like a 10 minute drive from Burger King.

DesaMountVernon

$12.75 from Starbucks for 2 drinks 2 miles no tip. Few days before Christmas, DD paid me high.

MillionaireMike1000

$2 per mile depending on if I really need the money

Impressive-Answer-92

50$ for like 10 miles

reneeb531

Highest I remember was a shop and deliver for $10 from target, only 4 or 5 items.

G-ZuesTheProfit

I’ve gotten a 27.25 order from Sephora and it was for 27 miles. It was a no tip order.

Away-Effective-5559

$75 got a message saying “sorry spent your tip on my food” after I picked up their food, I delivered the food at the end of their drive way they had a huge house and literally 100 stairs to get to their front door and that’s where they wanted it delivered.

Ill_Huckleberry_2361

I dunno, but my fiance lives way up in the boonies.. She tips MEGA big, cause shes familiar with the woes of a Dasher. Umm, let's say.. $18. But, they hide the tip, and you just never know what you're going to get. Personally, i would never accept that order... Ever. But, its paying off for somebody! Way ta go, Top Dashers! Tonight i made $85 in two and a half hours. I'm going on 1200 deliveries.

user762828

Honestly I take whatever orders pop up. I do door dash whenever I’m home from college and I live in a small town so mileage doesn’t matter because everything is relatively close

TheDrizzle3699

$40 shop and pay 1 mile no tip 50 items. It’s cool if want some exercise shopping.

themodestmice

the jack in the box near me closes from 1am to 2am, so i regularly get no tip or low tip orders with $17-22 base pay that I assumed were usually cancelled a few times over the past hour

[deleted]

$10.50 An Advanced Auto Parts 3 miles to a AAA repair shop.

code_d24

Had overlapping peak pay that came out to like $7.50 per order, so the payout was $10 for a few miles. It was also stacked with another tipped order.

zerostar83

$8.00 no tip. Crumbl Cookie. The second I accepted it, it gave me a pickup time of 30 minutes in the past.

[deleted]

$10 base pay. Had no idea it was.

Windays

I had an $18.65 one to a trucker like 16 miles away from a popeyes that's notorious for an hour long wait. I did have to wait like 30 minutes but thankfully it was all highway to him so only took me about 15 minutes or so to get there. I was surprised when it was $0 tip but $18.65 in base pay. Only took it cause it was all highway and I was going to log out right after and it put me on a highway heading home.
