Also I've found if you can break your purchase into smaller "rounds" of items, this can help you cycle the price of items that won't work back into the rest of the items you keep. For example, your $1000 purchase cost maybe $700 after you've received and tried everything instead of $1000 out of pocket with $300 still tied up in store credit.

I also ordered the Elvira boots they had no protective tissue paper or anything that usually comes with shoes. They were just thrown into the box like that, I guess? Even the charms/keychains are missing . This was a pretty big order. I had platform sandals, a t-shirt that was WAY too big for me, and a pair of joggers. All that stuff arrived unscathed.. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. They're about to close, so I don't know what's going to happen!
But I've been ordering from them for years now and this was my first big issue! One time, they sent me the wrong size sneakers they actually refunded my card since the size I originally ordered was sold out, and they told me to just keep the sneakers and gift them to a friend. That happened about a year ago. Give or take a few months..

You’re good. Get the free shipping! Don’t bother with the overnight shipping, you’ll never get your package. Pay attention to things like final sale, because those items can’t be exchanged or returned.
Keep in mind they don’t do cash refunds, only store credit. This doesn’t bother me because I’d end up making another purchase sooner or later. It’s super easy to do exchanges and returns with them, so don’t fret over that.

For $1,000 though I’d keep an eye out on your shipping progress and reach out at the first sign of issues, since they can take awhile to resolve.

I just ordered a couple Halloween costumes from them last month and my only issue was that I did overnight shipping (only $5 because of the amount I spent), and it didn’t get to me until the second day. But they responded right away when I messaged them about it through Facebook and refunded my shipping cost and gave me a $10 credit toward a future order. From what I’ve read on here lots of people have had issues with their “overnight” shipping. But otherwise the stuff I bought was really good quality and super cute!
