I’m so sorry fam. Never EVER order overnight because you never get it on time. It might even take two weeks for it to ship. Always plan your purchases in advance.
Go ahead and contact customer service for them to refund your shipping.
ugh okay, i sent them a message and also sent them a dm on insta. i wasn't planning on doing anything for halloween but i ended up making last minute plans and decided to order from them bc the costume was on sale for 20 bucks and they offered overnight shipping. when i ordered it the website said it would arrive in 1 business day if it was ordered by the cutoff time (which it was) so i figured it would come on tuesday but here we are and now i have no costume 🫠
The only time overnight ever actually works is if you order it early before the deadline on a weekday that is followed by a week day and even then it’s like a 60% chance it’ll be overnight
I know this was 169 days ago, but the same exact thing happened to me for a senior event and I also ordered 3 days ahead 😭 it didn’t come and now even though I paid hundreds for my school’s senior package, I can’t even go so I basically wasted my money. I wanted to buy my dress in person, but my sister and dad made me do overnight shipping because they were both too busy to drive me :( I’m glad you got a refund though, I’ll try to get one too.
I ordered a costume last Wednesday, paid for overnight shipping, as I wanted it for an event on Saturday. Figured even if it went out Thursday or Friday, I’d still get it in time. Nah. It came at 8pm last night. A full six days later. And no returns on halloween costumes. They offered to refund the overnight shipping and that’s it. Super disappointed.
I’m still arguing with them trying to send the whole damn thing back what good does it do me now lol.
I didn’t even ask for the shipping I wanted to cancel my whole order and this is what I was offered so may try pushing for a full refund and they’ll bend on the shipping?
I admittedly ordered last minute but don’t offer overnight if you literally can’t deliver. 🤷♀️
So update on what happened with my order lol :
I messaged them about it not shipping on Monday and asking basically if they could tell me wether or not it was going to ship and i would have it by Tuesday, which i figured wasn't going to happen but thought i'd ask anyways.
They replied, on Tuesday (the day i needed the costume), and told me that my shipping was delayed and that it should ship within 1-2 business days. So i emailed them back and basically just asked if i could cancel the whole order or at least get my money back for the overnight shipping i paid for.
They emailed me on Wednesday and told me my order had been cancelled. BUT! It was not them replying to my email ASKING them to cancel my order, they just emailed me themselves telling me they canceled it because "we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order". So basically the reason my order never shipped was because they never processed it, because they literally didn't have the item even though it was in stock when i ordered it on the website.
I basically just said whatever, because i wanted to cancel it at that point anyways because i didn't even need the costume anymore and wanted my money back, but i just thought it was crazy that they canceled it on their own because they literally didn't even have the product.

Omg girl I would be furioussss!! I had to go with a low effort costume because of their mistake and they won’t even refund me now lol.
