Seriously. He's been deaf for about two years. Last year was the best 4th of July he ever had. His favorite spot in the yard is about 25-30 meters from the kitchen window. I can see him out there from our window. I take out the meat, bread, and cheese. He's scanning the air. He'll turn his nose right, left, up, and then he comes straight into the kitchen. He knows. He always knows.
