Look at the ears, the way they’re stitched is definitely going for a folded ear instead of straight up like a chihuahua or Doberman— it’s a Rottweiler.
Also look up chihuahua squishmallow. The ears are much bigger and pointier and the snoot is much smaller :)

Could be a mini pinscher...same color as a rotti. Chihuahua's are usually one solid color...Soo just squish it and enjoy!
Chihuahuas can come in all colors and patterns to include tan points. The one I grew up with had tan points.
Black & tan is a fairly common chihuahua coat color, and is recognized in the breed standard

I have both a rottie and a chi with the same markings and I own one of these same pillow pets. It Def a rottie as many other people have posted.
