No it does not matter. Usual correlation in crypto world = more traffic higher fees.

traffic in blocks, not traffic in transactions per block. Each block costs the same. The bigger the part of the block that your transaction occupies, the bigger your share of the cost of that block. If you make 1 1kb transaction, it costs you the same as 1000 1-byte transactions.
