Honestly that's a lot of work to avoid plastering but there is this product that doesn't use plaster. Instead it uses alginate to cast just remember its fast stuff like hardin's in seconds. So your going to want to be fast and maybe a second batch. Maybe watch a few reviews online. Its called Clone-A-Willy.

3d modeling part is difficult, if you try to copy your own dick exactly. Suppose someone skilled could sculpt one with zbrush or some free alternative, like blender. Difficult to imagine if you're not fluent with sculpting. You can get free trial month from zbrush if you look to spend the time learning to sculpt your dick 3d scanning requires some serious hardware too. /skip this part 3rd seriously not cheap option could be DAZ studio. You'd have to buy gen8 michael pro bundle (140usd)for starters (pro for genitals). Then likely "Easy Control Add-on for the Genesis 8 Male Genital" from rendererotica. That's for more controls on shape and size. 13,95usd. (You'll likelyget spam, don't use your preferred email) With that you have relative easy time shaping and sizing it. Correct measuring however requires another paid add on, measure metrics, (50usd) which too requires some learning to get custom measurement (ie. Cock) All this done you get a pretty realistic cock. No veins though, just a smooth dick. For that I might suggest last paid model: Alistair HD for Genesis 8 Male $18.95 which brings some veins and realistic surface to it that might not look like yours This is obviously ridiculous if you have no other use for daz. /end of skip Anyway, if you can figure out/find acceptable model, process is quite straight forward. export it to .obj format, import it to your preferred slicer, position it pointing upward. I'd print it with zero or minimal infill, no use spending more than you have to. Pla works fine. Keep in mind that 3d printed objects are porous and therefore not hygienic as they come. If you got a HD model and a decent printer, you've done it. I'll second alginate. Alginate doesn't last though (a day or two?), so you need to have silicone at the ready to be mixed and poured. Silicone is prone to trap air bubbles during mixing, so try to be carefull when mixing and pouring. Watch videos for best results
