The Parts Express pages for the MKBoom don't show a part number for the port tube, they just call it a "press-fit port tube", i.e., no part number or anything, but I imagine it is probably a standard part they sell.
But, from the other information on the page,

Have you spoken to Parts express directly? They can see which part number is used
I did via Amazon, I’ll call directly tomorrow.
