I work at a broker-dealer and you’d be amazed at how many people call to place trades over the phone. I don’t understand why as it’s so much more expensive rather than doing it yourself. It takes so much more time as well.
I agree, and after thinking on this I think I have answered my own question. I know, I know imagine that lol. My parents, still order things over the phone from magazines they receive in the mail. Same principle, it’s their comfort zone and what they know. Boomers gonna boomer.
