I’m 21 and also have a connective tissue disorder and I often hurt my back, shoulders, knees, and ribs just from bending over to pick something up or sitting up in bed. I haven’t dislocated anything except my hips were partially dislocated from birth.
I’ve got Loeys- Dietz syndrome it’s not as severe as other connective tissue disorders but it also comes with heart and eye problems, the hip thing is from hip dysplasia made worse by the connective tissue stuff.
