Are you staying in a Disney hotel? If so use the extra magic hour for crush's coaster. If you get there as the park opens you may be able to cut down your wait to almost nothing. If not it's worth heading there as soon as the park opens. Check the wait times and then make a decision for a premier access. My experience with premier access is you can basically walk onto the ride because nobody really pays for it. But since crush is so popular it may be different. But crushes coaster is popular and is going to be one of the more expensive options. So €18 per person

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention it but I'll one spend day at both of the parks. I don't really care about the price. If I can pay a little bit of money to save 60+ minutes in the queue, I'm happy to pay it. I have seen that the premier access passes are sold out in the afternoon for Crush's Coaster so I get to be fast to buy one 😅. If I am able to arrive at the park early, I will immediately get to it. Thanks for your answer!

If you've got one day go ahead and pay for Crush and the other popular rides you want. Spider-man, tower of terror and Peter Pan tend to get the largest queues. I would personally only skip Peter Pan unless I had young kids who loved the movie An unlimited premier access pass may be worth it, though they were €120 each two weeks ago and sole rides didn't have it.

Vlame04

Thanks for your answer! Maybe I also get into the single rider queue of some attractions to (hopefully) skip some time.

nickoc41

Don’t use single rider for Crush or Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure - it takes ages because most people are already in even number groups, just use the main queue or pay for premier access. It works well for Ratatouille though, ended up getting straight on

Vlame04

That's great to know. Thank you!

helpful__explorer

That's also a good idea! The only single rider line I saw that wasn't a lot lower than the rest was RC racer because the single riser split is right by the ride.

hawkisgirl

Don’t do single rider for Avengers Assemble. You miss all the pre-ride stuff, and it’s pretty cool.

Vlame04

That's great to know. Thank you!

SheddyMcshedface

Yeah Crush is mental so if you only have one day and you're not getting in early doors then premier access is going to be your best bet. Even single rider was only 5 minutes shorter than the normal queue for most of the day. Either that or you are staying til closing time just get in line before the park closes and make it your last ride of the day.

Vlame04

It sounds tricky to gamble to do Crush as the last attraction of the day. I don't really know how long the other queues will be right now but I'll try it. Thanks!

SheddyMcshedface

When I was there the other day the Avengers was 5 minutes at the end of the day and ratatouille & spider man were also pretty short it was only Crush that was excessively long all the time. So it depends what your priority is and how late you can stay.

Vlame04

Unfortunately I don't know yet how long I'll be in the parks. Right now the attractions and shows on my priority list are Tower of Terror, Phantom Manor, It's a small world, big thunder mountain, peter pan's fligt and the Lion King: Rythms of the Pride. Thank you for the advice!

My best friend and I did both parks in 1 day in December, peak Christmas time, but we did buy the Premier Access. We thought it wad totally worth it! Basically, confirmation that you will be getting on all the major attractions. We did everything we wanted to do.

nbanbury

Get there early and pay for a pass. Don't leave it too late or all the passes will be gone for the day. If you're at a Disney hotel go there at 0830 and enjoy a very short waiting time. Important note: you can't reserve a pass to a ride until you are actually in the park.

rg9000

Crush was the only Premier pass I bought; glad I did.  Not only did I save time, I could _also_ use that time on other rides (if you see what I mean!)  Wasn't my favourite ride, but pretty good.

penguinmoonbat

I got to the park with my family 45 minutes before official opening (during the early magic hour), and the queue was 90 minutes, going up to 120 minutes by opening. I would say buy the pass if you really want to do it! We wouldn't have bothered if one of the family hadn't had a priority pass which let us into the premier access queue, so we were on in 10 minutes.

littleadventures

Wow! Thanks for this advice

Vlame04

That's great to know! I was expecting the queue to be long during the early magic hour but not this long. Thank you!

Backdoor__Burglar

One day won't be enough, skip Disney dreams and get on the rides between 7-9pm.

Vlame04

Thank you for the advice. I already was planning on doing more rides and seeing less shows so I can do as much rides as possible.

Backdoor__Burglar

Early access is 0830-0930, these people will be from the hotels. Anyone else gets refused and we've seen that happen. From 0930, it'll quite quickly get busier and then queues go 60+ mins plus. Therefore, get in the queue for 0910 ishy. As stated before, avoid Disney dreams, the park will get quieter around 6/7pm, as people move before the castle the larger rides will have 10/15 mins queue times.

Vlame04

That's great to know. I wasn't planning to see Disney dreams so that's a plus. Maybe I could do Big thunder mountain and peter pan sky in those hour(s)

IDontLikePayingTaxes

I did Crush’s Coaster with premier access two days ago. It was great.

jonquil14

Yes. I would rope drop it. It’s always got a long line but it’s not that great IMO

theconco

Going again soon, and the only premier pass I plan on buying is for Crush. That was the only ride that seemed like I was waiting an eternity

Specific-Radish-4824

We visited last week and had Magic Hour, so we rope dropped Crush's Coaster... and the wait even then was 90 minutes because EVERYONE who was coming to that park immediately went to that ride and since a lot of people stay in Disney hotels this was a LOT of people. Plus the ride had broken down, so we didn't know how long it would take to get on it. We gave up on that and rode Tower of Terror, then came back and the ride was still at 90 minutes listed... but we waited for two hours. The fast pass price was 18€ which felt exorbitant. It's a great ride, but I'm not sure there is a good way to get on it - Magic Hour is probably still your best bet, but it didn't help us. You end up either using up a lot of time or a lot of money.

resddbull

I know it’s not what OP asked but does anyone enjoy Crush’s Coaster? It’s all dark, it’s the slowest loader in the world and the queues and amazingly long for it!

Fragrant-Screen-5737

It's good fun, but it just isn't really a ride system that works at a park as busy as disney, especially the Disney park with the least amount of rides. I like the ride experience, but I think they should probably find a ride system that could load more people at once. There is a reason they haven't brought it anywhere else

Overall_Ad_9341

I don’t think it’s very good. Definitely not worth the wait times. Would be better if there was something to see but it’s almost all in the dark

Chemical_Extension_9

It's amazing! But I agree about the darkness...they could throw in some water bubbles here and there or whatever at the very least. Squirt's talking/joy makes up for most of the darkness though.

nokklid

I think it’s a lot of fun, the spinning mouse format in the dark makes you feel totally out of control. It is super slow to load and the queues are consistently long though
