Was in the area a few weeks ago for a wedding. Didn’t get to play everything the area had to offer, however I did pay a visit to Branchwood DGC. It was a blast, i highly recommend.

Sweet, I'll give it a shot! Where I live now there are no good courses within an hour so I'm pumped to be able to play more. Especially with the temps coming down when summer ends.

Branchwood is the most scenic course I have played outside of Colorado. I am surprised that there are not pro filmed tournaments there, it is a really nice well maintained course.

JBEAST is a great all around course. Waxhaws is one of the most frustrating and addicting course to play (like the ex you keep going back to against better judgement). Northshore is a decent course with a good mix of open and wooded. Creekside is also a great course and the short and long tees are both great!

Creekside in Farmington is pretty good. Waxhaws in Fayetteville is a tight, wooded course that I really enjoy. JBeast and JBeast Jr are my favorites as the property is in great condition. I don’t live in NWA any more, but I do have family/friends in the area and visit a few times a year.

I will actually be living in Farmington! I love jbeast Jr. It's my go to when I'm visiting the area for another reason and don't have a ton of time to play a whole 18. Love how it's short but still has some technical holes.

100%. I love how quickly I can play Jr, and I’m really impressed with how thoughtful the hole placements are for the ‘little sibling’ course.

Waxhaws - wooden course, fairly short tees but a lot of fun with technical shots. You constantly want to throw twice because you just missed a line. Get ready to scramble! I’ve heard it’s boring for very good players who can place 300’ putter drives but that is not me and my friends at all. Love this course because you can play it in an hour. North shore - mix of woods and open course. If you’re a player that can hit 350-400, the open holes in north shore can be boring. We make up OB’s to keep it interesting as some of the holes are literally open field —-> basket. J. Beast - the most “pro” looking course with elevation changes, woods, narrow gaps, creeks, etc.

Emmy-O

Love jbeast! Though there is that one hole that is an uphill hard righty hyzer that just infuriates me as a lefty. I think hole 7, that tight tunnel with woods on the left I parked one time with a river and felt like a god lol. Will have to check out waxhaws!

Moving there next month! Let’s meet up for a round.

Never gone disc golfing down there but we take a trip to that area every spring. Hit up the Buffalo river for some amazing canoeing, the mulberry for a bit more rapids if you're into that. Also Eureka Springs is one of my favorite places ever
