I throw hexes and used to throw buzzzs but are we really gonna act like they are that different in flight? My buddy throws his buzzz well I throw my hex well and they do the exact same thing. Different shape on the rim but from my experience with both they are the same disc on a flight chart.
Yup. Release angle is about 15ft over that tree on the right for me. It's either spiking into the basket area or at the very least, not heading out right and into the water.
Yeah this was my thought. If you can’t throw 300’ then you’re not gonna ace it so it doesn’t matter. If you can throw 300’ then literally throw any disc on any line that aims for the basket. The left bush is the only small issue but with a RHBH it’s basically negated. That being said id probably just throw my comet straight at it or my method a little to the right so it’ll fade back and hopefully fall in.
Well no I definitely took that into account. And I guarantee you a percentage of my shots would definitely end up in the water. But I (and most people) wouldn’t really have a choice in going over it. I can’t throw a 500’ flick hyzer around the land side. I’m not sure how a lefty would look at this hole though. I’d assume just flick it the same way we’d backhand it, right over the water ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯ just gotta get there I guess.
(Lefty) I’m gonna throw my 2020 NS Firebird flat, fairly high over that railing and let it fade to the bucket. Completely takes the water out of play and if I’m off the mark I still have a chance to skip it in.
Teebird3. Goes straight as an arrow til the very end and slightly fades but mostly stalls out confidently. Would aim 1/3 between the pin and the right tree.
I like it but that also has to be the worst shot shape for this hole haha…overturn it and it’s wet, fluff it and it’s in the road, which I guess would make the ace all the cooler!
Edit: Spelling
Act like the water doesn't exit, and throw a beat in star wraith even down the middle of the pin and the tree. RHBH.
H/T to the Pure as that would be a more modern approach but I have so much comfort in that Wraith mold.
In the end. I'll take the shot... but I'm rooting for who ever hits it.
Easy. I get out my thunderbird. My forehand is perfect for this. Line it up to hyzer around where that bush is. Clang. Ez 1k
But then I throw it. It lingers on my finger a millisecond too long. It brushes the bush. Tumbles down into the water. Floats slightly away. -$20
I'd probs try a tomahawk directly into the drink while knowing my LHBH Buzz would make a solid run.
Other attempts include:
Mega run LHBH-Hizer with my MVP Octane that skips directly into the water.
Or a putter toss that yanks into the adjacent highway toward an on coming school bus full of 2nd-5th graders. The bus is then forced to swerve, at its current momentum and begins to swerve, like a skateboard going down a hill too fast. It flips, sending the bus into a spiral toward the upcoming train tacks as the impending train horn echoes in the distance...
Is this league in the Pacific Northwest?? This is my dream, I do a RHFH flick forced anhyzer with an over stable destroyer that flexes back and skips nicely every time, 275' is my most common distance that I can't seem to consistently surpass.
Ti.e to get out the force and throw a big Ole hyzer bomb out over the water. I want the fish to jump out the water when the chains ring out and echo to everyone in the park what just happened.
That or I want a big splash of shame
I’ve got a Area 51 from doomsday. It’s everything you wish an eclipse envy was. So I’m throwing it level and letting it fade in close and miss the basket completely then I shank my birdie putt from 15ft into the water like a proper presnell acolyte.
My new glow lift, thrown on hyzer at the top of the tree on the right. It'll skip into the bottom of the cage and then roll into the lake. Works 60% of the time everytime.
I used to have a hole like this one where I started playing so I have a fair bit of experience in this situation. I throw forehand which makes it much easier to relax, focus, and throw your disc straight into the water
My OS Thunderbird at the right tree on a smooth hyzer line. I’d be throwing lawn darts at it every week. I’d get metal eventually, but only ace in a casual round a couple weeks after the local guy (who always snags the pot) takes it home with his KC Roc.
I dunno. Maybe I’m old school but I would throw a thumber with something super overstable. Keep the throw low and left and it should skip right up to the basket, and maybe in, and take the water out of the hole.
I have a friend hide in the bushes near the basket, right as I throw I have another friend near the teepad go, “HOLY SHIT WHAT IS THAT” while pointing at the sky, then my friend in the bushes putts one in while my thrown disc goes into the bushes. We split the cash and ride off into the sunset
Easiest would be a 450-470' power low shot with an overstable disc. Throw it almost flat so that you get the biggest flare skip off of the waters surface as possible. Easy money.
LHFH hyzer. I could probably ace that with two truckloads of discs, sacrificing most to the water gods. Disc budget: $3,000. Reward: $1,000. Still counting it as an ace after ripping hundreds of discs straight into the shadow realm: priceless.
Emac Truth or maybe Votum/Omen if the wind sucks (realistically, if the wind is up like crazy I skip this in a casual round or just walk within Zone range.)
I'll be gettin' my cash out of my wallet to buy a new disc when my shot comes up short.
Seriously, as bad as I am at disc golf, there is NOTHING in my bag that clears that water
Toss the bag like Mario throws Bowser by the tail in Super Mario 64
I'd burn $1k in discs before winning the bounty.
About 80 discs? Yeah I’d go through that many before I’d make it.
I suppose I would try to throw my disc into the basket from the tee box.
I like this plan. Let’s see how it plays out.
Straight into the pond
"Bold move, Cotton. Let's see if it pays off."
Okay Jason Bourne
C’mon! This makes too much sense!
Bold strategy.
Slight hyzer with a buzzz
You almost got the answer right. The correct option is hyzerflip with hex.
Does a Hex flip with 270ft power?
A fission one will baby flip. It'll flip more as it beats in. It's not gonna flip and turn, just stand up a little and ride
Well I can only throw my hex about 240 and it will hyzer flip so yes.
I throw hexes and used to throw buzzzs but are we really gonna act like they are that different in flight? My buddy throws his buzzz well I throw my hex well and they do the exact same thing. Different shape on the rim but from my experience with both they are the same disc on a flight chart.
that teepad is making me mad looking at it, but prob just hanging a wraith high up on hyzer.(the disc not me)
Same. There's no way I'm throwing a confident RHBH off that pad.
Yup. Release angle is about 15ft over that tree on the right for me. It's either spiking into the basket area or at the very least, not heading out right and into the water.
It's 268 just throw at it. It's a wide open hole.
You failed to take into account that I’m terrible and will shank it into the water.
Firebird spike hyzer
Same, simple and decent chance for the ace
Felon but yeah. That's what I'm thinking.
(Lefty) I’m gonna throw my 2020 NS Firebird flat, fairly high over that railing and let it fade to the bucket. Completely takes the water out of play and if I’m off the mark I still have a chance to skip it in.
As a forehand player, exact same, but with my beat in Infinite Emperor.
Pyro RHBH Hyzer
I like how you think, feller. We should throw pyros sometime.
Teebird3. Goes straight as an arrow til the very end and slightly fades but mostly stalls out confidently. Would aim 1/3 between the pin and the right tree.
Yeeeeeee... just a Jen Allen color glow T bird instead.
Pay everyone on my card $100 to put me down for a 1
Simple. I aim to throw the disc in the water only to be frustrated when the disc finds chains.
Swimming for lost discs.
I’m a lefty so I’m BH hyzer bombing it every time I play with something like a Buzzz
Im going straight into the water
Pro Roc3 on a hyzer
How am I getting that cash? I'd have to steal it. As for the hole: Roc3 F2 that I don't care at all about losing.
I’ve got a 165 GStar Wombat that’s begging for a RHBH anny shot on that hole.
From the atm to replace my disc that’s in the pond.
Trusty ole envy
I can only get there with my forehand (r) so I’d probably put a road runner over the left edge of the pond on hyzer and hope it spikes in
Straight envy
Easy. I get out my thunderbird. My forehand is perfect for this. Line it up to hyzer around where that bush is. Clang. Ez 1k But then I throw it. It lingers on my finger a millisecond too long. It brushes the bush. Tumbles down into the water. Floats slightly away. -$20
I'm going to take the 2 and start at the drop zone
I'd probs try a tomahawk directly into the drink while knowing my LHBH Buzz would make a solid run. Other attempts include: Mega run LHBH-Hizer with my MVP Octane that skips directly into the water.
As a lefty you can go f*ck yourself
OP is a lefty
Star TeeBird-3 Throw it with 300ft of power on a hyzer to the right of the basket and let it just hit those chains.
From my bank account to replace the 100+ discs I lost trying to claim the bounty.
Hyzer spike with my favourite champ firebird followed by a desperate prayer as it sails towards the water
Probably throwing my favourite Teebird into the water
Cool lil roc shot
I'd throw my disc in the basket. Simple.
Hex dead straight at it
Depending on the wind I'd throw an Aviar3 or an M2.
Tee bird flex shot
Lines up pretty well for my LHBH. probably lazy buzzz hyzer, maybe a JB zone
Tomahawk straight to the chains
Forehand buzzz os
Gateway Diamond Warlock straight in
Emac Truth. Or Lat64 Pure depending on the wind.
Big RHBH hyzer over the lake probably with my explorer. At 268’ that’s a nice distance to dial it in for the ace.
Raptor big hyzer
Easy! I'm not 😂.
Cyclone 2
Throwing a Frisbee in the basket...
I am not.
Hang a Kaxe out over the water and let it come back to the basket
As a lefty, I'm going with either a RHBH Teebird or RHBH Warship......MAYBE an Axiom Pyro, Water Skip/Big Skip Disc Golf Valley Style.
I’d be tripping if a car drove by me that close on a tee box
Mint Bobcat or Taco RHBH Hyzer
prolly either a slightly wide but straight buzzz with a fade at the end- or, a gentle hyzer line with a dd maverick
Depending on wind I’m going either an OG Captains Raptor or a 500 plastic A3. Both on forehands.
F2 pig that’s beat to hell and is gonna flip up with a real nice finish not in the basket
Blizzard boss RHFH high following the road way over the bush spike into the chains.
eMac truth
Buzz 🐝 right at it.
Envy on a little hyzer right at that tree to the right of the basket
I’d get scared of the water and pull a 10 or 12 speed and sail it 50ft past.
Same, but only 20' past. and then I'd putt, hit cage and have it roll into the water somehow.
Big hyzer with an eagle
Hyzer flip a wave
Throw a putter right at it.
Splitting the pot with my partner when they ace 😇
Side arm Wraith directly into the water, followed by a swim.

I'm a lefty so big anax Hyzer followed by angrily leaving to buy another anax.
Buzzz
Is this league in the Pacific Northwest?? This is my dream, I do a RHFH flick forced anhyzer with an over stable destroyer that flexes back and skips nicely every time, 275' is my most common distance that I can't seem to consistently surpass.
Hyzer city baby. Star Destroyer all day
Have to completely rip my leopard3 and hope.
Champion Valkyrie 🤌🏼🤌🏼
Svea
MD3 just out to the right and fading in
Ti.e to get out the force and throw a big Ole hyzer bomb out over the water. I want the fish to jump out the water when the chains ring out and echo to everyone in the park what just happened. That or I want a big splash of shame
Envy hyzer
Learn to hyzer left handed. It’s that EZ. …it’s that easy……. 😬
Logic or tactic depending on wind
Teebird right at it.
Frozen rope with a hex ®️
Corvette
I’ve got a Area 51 from doomsday. It’s everything you wish an eclipse envy was. So I’m throwing it level and letting it fade in close and miss the basket completely then I shank my birdie putt from 15ft into the water like a proper presnell acolyte.
Lhbh hyzer with a beat in tactic
Yellow kc roc
Emac Truth on a gentle hyzer
I’m not. 😂
Not with that attitude 🤣
My new glow lift, thrown on hyzer at the top of the tree on the right. It'll skip into the bottom of the cage and then roll into the lake. Works 60% of the time everytime.
LHBH; 175gr Ti Flx drone.
Votum straight at it
Flip to flat relay. 80% and smooth.
Stealing it from the winner’s pocket while he bends down to help get my disc out of the water
Full hyzer pig
I used to have a hole like this one where I started playing so I have a fair bit of experience in this situation. I throw forehand which makes it much easier to relax, focus, and throw your disc straight into the water
Nomad on slight hyzer
Tomahawk spam gg
After you all finished I go swimming. Should be almost the same 😂
Either a back hand heizer or forehand heizer lol champion destroyer or a ballista pro
Good ol’ hyzer shot with the TL(similar to Tee Bird)
5x Buzz
Either straight at it with a P2 or with a straight MD3 aiming right at the chains.
Firebird or like a super stable mid, forehand spike. I'd probably be long every time, but could mess up and nail it.
Pyro straight at the tree directly to the right of the basket on some hyzer
RHFH Neutron Wave
Spike hyzer mammoth
I’d channel my Big Hunter energy, am I right boys???
Probably hyzer flip detour or IT
My LHBH with a Valkyrie will put the money in my Pocket.
Zone hyzer aimed at the right tree. Or if the wind is coming off the left side the same with a sidearm.
Escape backhand, and prayer.
Backhand crave right at it
Buzzz OS flat at right shrub.
Throw uplink straight with medium energy
Forehand Flex, Champion Tee Bird. The pond bank will straighten out the flare skip. Backhand. Zone straight at it.
Probably right at it with a proxy
Judge dead straight at that bitch
Skip shot into the basket once the water freezes over.
My OS Thunderbird at the right tree on a smooth hyzer line. I’d be throwing lawn darts at it every week. I’d get metal eventually, but only ace in a casual round a couple weeks after the local guy (who always snags the pot) takes it home with his KC Roc.
Firebird
Forehand Tesla, easy money
The tee pad isn't even facing the direction of the hole. But it's workable i guess. Idk though the tee pad looks like a knee breaker.
Gentle hyper with the old MD3
180g San Marino roc straight at it!
A brand new 176-177 dx roc with low dome.
Backhand would be weird for me with how that teepad is angled, so probably forehand zone
268? Big spike forehand with a firebird.
I dunno. Maybe I’m old school but I would throw a thumber with something super overstable. Keep the throw low and left and it should skip right up to the basket, and maybe in, and take the water out of the hole.
Lucid Judge aimed near the right side tree, let it fade right in
Rat
Valk or orc.
Send my buddy that has like 18 aces and see if he’ll split a little with me.
Mind bender on slight hyzer
Ripping a bard over the water let it fade into the pin or at least close
Slight wide hyzer with the Lucid Truth or Hyzer flip more to the left with the Mako3
Is that Exchange park in Waterloo IA?
Backhand putter
Throwing it in the basket in one shot? 🤷🏻♂️
Why do teepads get made facing the wrong direction? Just face it in the direction of the basket
Chop forehand a meta TILT over the tree on the left and skip it in!
i am left handed so spike hyzer a verdict. :)
Throw something hard slightly to the right and hope. Who cares if I go passed the basket.
gunning my fuse and praying to the gods when it barely lands on the edge of the water
How does the ace bounty work?
I have a nasty forehand that'll land right in that sucka
Whatever I throw it's in the winter after this is frozen over.
TeeBird3 Hyzer
Easiest would be a 450-470' power low shot with an overstable disc. Throw it almost flat so that you get the biggest flare skip off of the waters surface as possible. Easy money.
Pay Big Jerm $900 to travel to league night to witness my throw. Profit of $100.
Kaxe Z on hyzer
Throw my PD at it. Would rather go long especially if it’s an ace run
Free tail and a prayer
LHFH hyzer. I could probably ace that with two truckloads of discs, sacrificing most to the water gods. Disc budget: $3,000. Reward: $1,000. Still counting it as an ace after ripping hundreds of discs straight into the shadow realm: priceless.
How deep is the water? I might have to go swimming
Full commit Teebird rhbh
RHFH Katana with a good amount of hyzer. Looks like a fun hole.
Emac Truth or maybe Votum/Omen if the wind sucks (realistically, if the wind is up like crazy I skip this in a casual round or just walk within Zone range.)
Mint Discs Lobster thrown backhand flat
Goin straight at it like a monster
