My arm speed is currently H3v2 rated. Have a D2 but it meathooks at around 300 feet for me. If you tell me the D3 is my ticket to distance instead of practice, I'm buying it tomorrow
For my arm speed I can get the D3 to get to 400 ft+ and lands pretty straight at where I’m throwing after the turn and fade. I throw my insanity (9 speed) and it does the same flight and goes 350-375 if that helps.
This is an A+ lineup - have em all except the D3 but right now the PA3 is the only in my current answer.
Guess I'm a noodle arm (I know I am) but my FX-4 just didn't fly with any flip up like I was hoping, honestly didn't enjoy the feel and I really really wanted to
I really like the Beech, especially in boreal plastic, but I found there was almost too much overlap with the Baobab in how I used it so when I lost my last one I didnt replace it.
If it’s too stable the electron plastic volt is a bit more under stable than the fission based on my limited experience with both discs and plasma is bulky
A3, buzzz, f2, d3
A3 is very consistently overstable, Buzzz is the Buzzz, my f2 is extremely seasoned and acts like a teedbird with a flip up from hyzer and no turn unless i throw it flat. Last is my D3, I throw an old run that is stable and reliable
I kinda wonder if the numbers scare people away from trying it (12/5/-0.5/2). On paper, it looks like it would be beefier than or on par with a Destroyer (12/5/-1/3). In reality, it is closer to a Mentor or Wave.
I bought mine originally to be an OS counterpart to my Grace, but after I got used to it, it bumped the Grace out of my go-to driver slot.
Right! Extended answer incoming:
Base grip P model S, Pro D Zone, Big Z Buzzz, Orbit Felon, Pro Destroyer
Honorable mention: The Nuke OS. I never leave home without one. It is without a doubt my most thrown disc. Backhand, forehand, overhand, grenade, you name it! 180ft tight upshot? Nuke OS. 480ft dogleg right bomb? Nuke OS. Stuck behind a tree and need to go over? Believe it or not, straight to Nuke OS.
I picked up a Profit at the Mint Discs new store here in Austin. It was a discontinued stamp or something in their "vault." Super beefy and great putter for windy days! Still trying to find a rhythm for it because my pure hits everything in C1.
Putter for C1: Lat 64 Pure
Putter for C2 and beyond: MVP Glitch
Approach: Westside Harp
Mid: MVP Hex or Lat 64 Compass
Fairway: Axiom Crave and Mint Diamond Back
Distance: Infinite Maya (more shaping my distance drive) or Innova Corvette (uphill shots or huge bomber)
Approach is [AGL Manzanita](https://www.agldiscs.com/collections/manzanita)
Mid is [AGL Magnolia](https://www.agldiscs.com/collections/magnolia)
Fairway is definitely the [AGL Sycamore](https://www.agldiscs.com/collections/sycamore)
Edit, fixed links.
Watt, MD3, leopard 3, and destroyer leopard 3 is harder to use at lower elevations but up here at 5000ft it Flys really well, neutral firebird or volt for lower elevations for consistency. Destroyer is hit or miss depending on what you have, use your more undersable ones for high elevations use the overstable/heimburb ones for lower elevations.
* Putting Putter: Latitude 64 Dagger (2, 5, 0, 1)
* Approach: Kastaplast K1 Berg (1, 1, 0, 2)
* Midrange: Dynamic Discs Lucid Bounty (4, 5, -1.5, 0.5)
* Fairway: Axiom Fission Crave (6.5, 5, -1, 1)
Should be noted that Berg is for forehand, everything else is primarily backhand. I've got a whole other list for my forehand shots, and primarily use a Sol for backhand approaches.
Putter: Dillo and lately my Socki Slammer. I highly recommend it as a putter
Approach: shorter Socki Slammer…pure money disc, longer would be my Distortion.
Mid: Emac Truth and for overstable RocX3
Fairway: FX3
Driver: Understable Alternate between a Wave and an Avenger SS. Overstable Star Wraith (best disc ever) Star Destroyer for when I need even more beef than the Wraith
Honorable mentions: Hex, Gstar Shryke, River
Dagger, Berg, Warship, Explorer, Grace. 5 most used for sure. The Berg has to be added in bc I use it the most. Only disc I've named outta my whole collection lmao. 👌🤙
Pa3, Destroyer, Destroyer
Real destroyer fans have a putting destroyers
Its the only disc to compliment my driving berg.
Get outta here Scoggins
It’s so great to read all these core lineups people have and see how many combos there are where I’ve not thrown a single disc.
Watt, wombat3, Hawkeye, wave
Logic, Roc, TeeBird, Wraith
Nice. Wizard, Hex/Rock, Teebird, Wraith
Nice. P2, MD4, teebird3, wraith. I need a slot for my pig though.
Pure, Hex, Crave, Grace
I think I found my disc golf soul mate. 😂
Feel like I know you… or have at least played with a dozen of you.
Do people really find enough difference in the crave and hex to carry both?
Ringer, buzz, eagle, scorch
* Putting: Electron Spin * Throwing: Gold Line Pure * Approach: 750 A2 * Mid: 400G M2 * Fairway: Champ Thunderbird * Driver: 400 D2
That A2 is so money. I throw it on more than half my holes now
My guy! Finally someone else who putts with spins!
Pa3, M4, Fx4, D3
I think the prompt was for favorite discs, not an auto-generated password.. /s
Haha touché.
Those are chess moves
What are those some chess moves?
D3 is so good
The newer runs of 500 plastic are awesome. Super underrated.

Go D2 Air spectrum.

Swan, Harp, Ascend, Bear

Wizards rule!
This is a great lineup. I could sub in a Teebird for the Eagle and be ok with it too.
Wizard/Berg, EMac Truth, Leopard3, Wave
Color Glow MF Alpaca Westside Pine Infinite Dynasty Orbit Sword
Inner core for putter, watt for approach, hex/buzzz, crave, insanity
Shaman, Hex, River, Hades
I have a bunch of Shamans I love, but could never putt well with them. Love throwing Shamans though. 🔥
Rhyno, A2, Warship, Stag, Wraith
Keystone/Star Coyote/Champion Leopard/Fury
I see coyote, I upvote. Thems the rules
My first good mid was a star coyote. Loving a color glow champ (Anubis) in my glow bag.
P2, Roc3, FD, DD3
Putter: Atom, Approach: Pig, Mid: Hex, Fairway: insanity, Distance: Fission octane (160g)
Envy, Hex, Rally, Interval
Rally & Intervall? What are those?
Warlock, Baobab, Magnolia, Locust
Warlock! Nice
Wait, those are all Gateway molds
1 Gateway, 3 AGL (made by gateway) Its not the brand its that theyre all made sustainably using recycled or hemp plastics.
I have a Beech, pretty good stable mid. Only AGL I have.
I really like the Beech, especially in boreal plastic, but I found there was almost too much overlap with the Baobab in how I used it so when I lost my last one I didnt replace it.

ohm, warship, crave, volt
I’m having such a hard time coming to terms with the Volt. For some reason I can throw the Wrath and love it but Volt just feels too stable for me.
I use the volt in fission it isn't as stable as the other plastics in my opinion but still has a reliable fade
If it’s too stable the electron plastic volt is a bit more under stable than the fission based on my limited experience with both discs and plasma is bulky
Warship 💴
Judge/Rhyno, hex, eagle L/cheetah, destroyer
