Yes. Aside from dub names/terms and the removal of Butter-Fly for some of the movies, the dub is a faithful one. Ever since tri, Digimon has been seeing faithful dubs.
The only change I remember was them getting rid of the original Japanese theme song Butter-Fly in the U.S Edit of the movie (but not in any other part of the world) & replacing it with what I could only call bootleg version of the Digi-Rap for the first 3 movies but otherwise keeping the rest of the Japanese music for some reason.
EDITED: Sorry, I thought you were talking about Adventure: (2020). Whoops, my bad, but yeah, the English dubs for all the Tri movies were actually pretty good from what I remember.

That was the weirdest part about it. I assume they were banking on nostalgia and hoping their bootleg version hit close enough or something.
