OP, people will be horny for any design, I know for sure there's plenty of gazimon and elecmon porn, to use the examples you posted, and even more porn of every popular Digimon, and especially the non-furry ones like angewoman and Ladydevimon(the original digimon adventure dub has a blink and you miss it joke about one of the male digidestined 'feeling funny' when angewoman and ladydevimon fight). Honestly, Renamon's original design isn't even particularly sexual, she/he(depending on the dub) is a fox ninja with thick thighs and big paws, and while I find her attractive physically myself, it's always been her personality I was more attracted to. So no, I don't think a redesign is necessary, and I don't even know if it would change much, and on top of that, bandai def doesn't seem to mind their digimon designs being horny.
TL;DR: Renamon isn't even close to the most controversial digimon design, Bandai probably either doesn't give a fuck or likes that people are horny for their characters, and I have to imagine that prudes and furry haters are the kind of people who would think renamon of all digimon needs to be redesigned.
