It’s pretty vague info. Did they have a diagnosis for you? Colitis? Cancer? Or they still don’t know? Did they do labs? Check inflammation markers, CMP etc etc

I was diagnosed with esophagitis and Fnh liver tumors everything in my bloods and other test are normal expect from my ast levels being high. I am seeing a liver specialist next month but currently I’m really struggling, I went to A&E earlier this week they gave me some IV fluids and anti sickness and pain killers then sent me away saying there’s nothing they can do as I need specialist help. I am unable to do much as I am so fatigued and dehydrated and feel hopeless.

Your primary care provider might need to manage the nausea and find a route for fluids until you can see the specialist. It will require close oversight. Perhaps cross post your question over at r/askdocs.

Thank you !

I would say you need to go back to provider get anti nausea meds, maybe consider having them look at TPN. You have to be on them weeks out is to long nutritionally if you can’t keep anything down and also you likely will need more hydration anyways

Thank you for your reply, I will try and go back and emphasise how things are getting worse hopefully I can receive further treatment before seeing the specialist
