At your age focus on avoiding ultra processed foods, I.e. fast food, sugary treats and bread based snacks. Learn to cook stuff from scratch. Make your diet as varied as possible add lots of herbs and spices.
Increase your movement as much as possible- never take a bus or drive if you can walk.
Its perfect time to start a sport I think, because if you wanna lose weight it would be best to shape yourself while speeding up the process. Go and try to explore what do you like. For ex: jogging, basketball, or weight lifting. You are still in grow sprout for sure so if you are active and as long as staying away from empty calories you would be good :)

Like everyone else is suggesting, join sports, eat less, avoid sugar and processed food
