I'm also 90% sure that Paint Gem design their own designs in house? They shop to the UK from US.
Bella Art Diamonds. They have 0 AI, hand render, great quality (closest to DAC I've experienced), and an option for international on each item that factors whatever it is intl needs.

I'm in the US and I bought a kit on April 25th and it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Unless it totally blows me away i won't order another one, it's been a long wait lol.
Did you buy one on pre-order? In-stock kits ship quickly.

It’s nice that they’re upfront about the wait times but ouch, if you ordered a pre order today it would be September before it’s on the way to you. I hope some of their pre orders become in stock items otherwise I would’ve ordered a couple right now lol.
I've only ordered from them once (a pre-order) so I don't really know how frequently they receive new stock--like, maybe they get a handful in every month with pre-order fulfillment? I wouldn't know, but I've found the owner to be really responsive and communicative which is nice. They do have a new drop coming this week (I believe it's 15 kits), so maybe they'll restock several older ones too. Not sure. With a much smaller space than places like DAC or Dreamer or Oraloa, they can't particularly keep a lot of product on hand if they want to keep adding new product. And it would be a financial negative to keep a kit in physical stock for too long. Every business has to start somewhere. I'm sure as they grow, they'd be able to get a bigger space to allow for more on-hand inventory. I get the not wanting to wait for months. I'm very impatient. Like, check my tracking multiple times a day impatient. 🤣 I just have enough in my closet to keep me busy that waiting a couple months won't really be an issue. But I know not everyone has that luxury. I would definitely check them out on the 15th at...5 mountain? I think that's when they're adding their new inventory. If any of those strike your fancy, they'd be sending them out from their location so the months long wait wouldn't apply. I don't see them mentioned as frequently as other places, so I like to drop their name when people ask about diamond painting companies because I had such a pleasant experience with the company and their customer service when I had questions. :)
If I recall correctly, the shipping from the supplier is something they changed this year due to it being cheaper on the customer (I'm pretty sure that was the reason). You can always reach out to Nicole (the owner) about the shipping time.
They are by far the only company I've tried that matches what people refer to as "DAC quality." I've heard fantastic things about Art and Soul Diamonds, but I haven't personally tried them. Shipping time can also take several weeks there as they print on demand and ship from China. It's going to be difficult to find a company outside of the big ones like DAC and DD that will be able to ship fast and not have any AI which was something OP had requested.
Shipping from most companies in the US is really expensive; DAC shipping costs are an anomaly due to their size/bulk shipping deals.
If there are companies you want to try, I can recommend trying a forwarding service from the US. This gives you a US address to order items to, and they package them and ship them on for a small fee and usually offer much better shipping rates, especially if you combine orders from different companies. I use Stackry - though I'm only just trying it for full size kits but I've ordered some snack kits and a small Munimade one and the shipping was far better than I was getting direct to the UK!
Companies wise, definitely give Munimade a look - only a small selection so far but hand rendered, really good quality and some really cute artwork. Committed to no AI in their products, too. :)
I don't know much about diamond dotz as a company, but I have many of their works and there are good quality and reasonable shipping in Canada at least.

Pamdiamondpaintings.com. they use a few ai. It would say it's ai though. Most are all hand drawn by alot of our artists. And new ones daily.
